Review: This is by far the best Monty Python movie ever made. Whenever I see this movie I laugh myself silly. How could anyone not like a movie about King Arthur and a group of stupid knights searching for the Holy Grail. The best scenes include those of the Black Knight and the killer bunny rabbit. John Cleese is absolutely awsome as both Sir Lancelot and the Black Knight in this movie! Other good scenes are the french men who taunt the heroes and when Sir Lancelot goes on a killing spree to rescue someone. If you see one Monty Python film, this is the one to see. A word of warning though, despite the PG rating it would be PG-13 by todays standards. So it's best not to show it to younger children.

Summary: Hysterically funny!
Review: You don't have to be a Monty Python fan to find this funny. It is just so ridiculous that you find yourself laughing at the absurdity. Good simple gags, and the concept of the horse/coconuts is more than enough to keep the humour momentum going. This is always great for an evening with a group of friends with a similar sense of humour. Great fun.

Review: Anyone who doesn't like this movie I know I'm not going to like, anyway. My son and I, even my wife and friends, trade more banter from this film than any other 'cultural' source I can think of. "Someday, son, all this will be yours." "What, the curtains?" "Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?" "I fart in your general direction." "Bring out your dead!" "It's just a fleshwound..." "...And there was much rejoicing." Wacky, wild and wonderful. Can you think of any other film that stands up to so many viewings? "Ni!!"

Summary: He turned me into a newt....I got better
Review: Possibly the best delivered comic line in the history of the cinema...the timing and expression are impeccable (of course you have to see it). I heard the soundtrack to this movie hundreds of times before I saw it and, like many of the other people who reviewed the movie, I had memorized almost all the lines. But seeing the movie for the first time was still an amazing moment and I picked up on all the subtle visual jokes the Pythons integrated into the movie. If you enjoy wry English humor, this is the be all and the end all of comic movies. "One day lad, all this will be yours (says the father pointing out of the windows at the land below)." "What, the curtains," says the boy scornfully.

Review: It takes place during the midevil era, but it is not old fashoined. Every second of the film I was on the floor laughing.

Review: I first saw this movie as a first run in a theater with some friends while I was in high school. One of my friends and I laughed so hard that we cried and the next day my stomach was sore from laughing so hard. My other friends just sat there like they didn't get the joke. If you enjoy irreverant comedy and have a warped sense of humor this HAS to be THE funniest movie of all time! If you don't enjoy British humor or totally outrageous satire then don't bother.

Review: I need never watch this film again as every second is imprinted permanently in my cerebral cortex. I grew up with this extremely silly film, and I am the person i am today because of it.Sad - aren't I We're Knights of the Round Table, We dance when e'er we're able We do routines, and chorus scenes With footwork im-pecc-able We're opera mad in Camelot I sing from the diaphragm a lot!

Review: this is my favorite movie of all. Its british witty comedy is so funny you will be laughing for hours. I think these guys should still have there show but they don't and I am very sad that they don't. The scene with the nights who say nee. and ekky ekky won ping. you have to cut down the mighties tree in the forest wiiiiiithhhhhh a HARING. (FISH). That is my favorite scene.
