Summary: One of the Best Jackie Chan films I have ever seen.
Review: Rush Hour is one of Jackie Chan's best! He is so great as Inspector Lee. And Chris Tucker is so funny as James Carter. The Action sequences and fights are so good. Especially the fight in the bar. It gets so funny every minute, you'll want to watch it again after the first time. Watch the final fight in the movie. It gets funny by the minute. I give it 5 out of 5.

Summary: Rush Hour has great combos!
Review: The idea of combining Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker in one movie was a great idea! Jackie Chan does the main action while Chris Tuckers does the main comedy. Together they did a good job! The plot was good and the movie was so funny. I give it 5 stars for awesome action and nonstop laughs!

Summary: Jackie Chan needs to retire
Review: This is not bad considering that most of Jackie Chan's movies are pretty much the same. That aside, story wasn't bad and there was some decent action scenes. Chris Tucker, however, does nothing but gets on your nerves with his irritating voice, bad acting and an IQ of a chimpanzee. In the outtakes, they show a scene that requires Chris Tucker to say two words in Chinese and he would blow it every single time. Talk about a dimwit

Summary: Chris Tucker funniest man on the planet bar none!!!!!!!!
Review: My first taste of Chris Tucker was on Def Comedy Jam. Needless to say he ripped it.I have been a fan ever since.I have seen the hilariously funny "Friday".I have also seen "Dead Presidents","The Fifth Element",and "Money Talks".All were equally as funny as the others. Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker bring a chemistry to the screen that makes you laugh frequently.Kudos to director Brett Rattner for bringing this "comical-drama" to the big screen.I loved every aspect of this movie from the wardrobe to the music, this film has it goin' on.I have never seen Jackie Chan play a comical role before but, I guess when you are acting with the funniest man on earth you have to be funny or else. This movie has a strong and powerful story line with just the right timing of comedy to keep you laughing and interested until the "who-done-it" is over.If you haven't seen this movie "what's wrong with you"?Chris Tucker will keep us laughing well into the millenium.I especially enjoyed the out-takes at the end of the film. I am looking forward to seeing more of Chris Tucker in the future.Job well done.

Summary: Movie was good... Tucker is a riot!
Review: I thought that the movie was good. Jackie Chan was Inspector Lee who gets called in to help find Soo Young a little Chinese Girl. Chris Tucker is Det. Carter who is forced to keep Lee out of the way so that the LAPD can try to take all credit for solving the case. But soon the 2 manage to work their way in to save the little girl.

I thought that this one was much better then the sequel that came after. Chris Tucker had lots of Great one liners! "This is the United States of James Carter now. I'm the president.. I'm the emperior, I'm the king... I'm Michael Jackson you're Tito!"

The way Chan and Tucker play off each other is wonderful. So what if Tucker had problems with speaking Chinese... Jackie Chan still struggles with his english so I don't fault either one...

There is a big docufilm about the movie along with a special game that you can play to help save the little girl... Please watch with an open mind... It is a lot of fun...

Review: ....... Is it a cigarette? It looks like a cigarette. It's cigaweed.

This is a classic comedy that absolutely has to be in your DVD collection. This is one of those movies w/four or five classic one-liners. Does the movie play on stereotypes? Yes, and I could see some of the material being offensive. However, when you look at whom the material is coming from, you can't take that aspect of the movie seriously. It is just a fun, fun movie.

Jackie Chan plays the action packed import police officer, which provides all the action. He plays off Chris Tuckers weakness, his assumptions, and his lack of fighting ability. Chan is also really funny in this movie, but his action scenes, as always, are fantastic, and not as over the top as some of his others work.

Chris Tucker plays a classic arrogant American, who talks himself up, pats himself on the back, and usually needs to get bailed out of trouble by his witty counterpart played by Chan's character. Chris Tucker through the whole movies full of jokes, and is a delight to watch.

Together Chan and Tucker blend perfectly for a combination of action and comedy. This is definitely a movie you can buy and add to your DVD collection even if you have yet to see it.
