Summary: You can't help but like this film
Review: This slam bang sequel reunites Chan & Tucker to this time confront a violent Hong Kong money laundering gang. Not quite as fun and fresh as the original (Jackie Chan, in particular looks a little tired and bored at times), this film has lots of action and humor and is great for a night of escapist entertainment.

Summary: Good movie
Review: While i didnt think this movie was as good as the original, i did find it very funny, and full of the usual jackie chan action. Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan work well together, and make you laugh the entire time they are together. Whether it is Jackie's tries at the english language, or Chris Tucker immitating Micheal Jackson, this movies will put a smile on your face, if it doesnt make you roll on the floor and laugh. There is tons of action in this movie, and it does have a pretty good story to go along with it. Buy or rent this movie, well worth it.

Summary: why do these sequels always disappoint?
Review: One of the most frustrating things about Hollywood is that
once an executive thinks they have a marketable brand, they
stop caring to nurture it. So it is with RH2, a far cry from
the original. Yes, it's still fun. But not fun-ny. There are
so few scenes that are funny, it sets itself up even more
for disappointment when the action is strikingly average for
a Jackie Chan picture. If you watch the DVD extras, you get a
good impression that the director is a hack, the studio just
wanted to make a buck off a sure thing (and they DID), and
Jackie Chan saved this movie from being much worse with his
creative input. Oh well.

Summary: Best Film of 2001!
Review: Rush Hour 2 is a truly entertaining film. Contrary to popular belief there is a plot here! The CIA is trying to get moneymaking plates that make counterfeit super bills that are undetectable by the majority of world banks. The US government sold the plates to Iran years ago (yes this is VERY plausible) and a big time Hong Kong gangster has gotten his hands on the plates. There are some surprises that I will not give away. It should suffice to say that this is an A++++ film for its genre. Jackie Chan is well JACKIE CHAN!!!! What else is there to say? He and Chris Tucker are awesome together and the Rush films are the best of Jackie's USA releases. Definite must see. I've seen it 5 times and I can't count the number of times I've seen Rush Hour 1 on TNT alone, never mind my DVD.

The Infinifilm DVD is nice. The extras are pretty good, although I could do without the Brett Ratner info. I doubt if too many folks are buying the DVD for Brett's student movie. However, I love behind the scenes footage of Jackie at work. Awesome!

Summary: Wholesome funny stuff
Review: If you liked the first one, you'll enjoy this one. The DVD didn't come with too many extras (hence the 4 instead of 5 stars), but who needs those anyways? This is the new generation of Lethal Weapon movies. These guys are great!

Summary: Funny but not great
Review: Rush Hour 1 was a hilarious film. This follow up, although funny at times lacked the oomph of the first film. It just didn't have the quality humor, non-stop humor of the first. The fight scenes weren't as creative. It was a decent film and worth the rental. After it was over I was left with a feeling that the movie was thrown together because of the success of the first film. You'll laugh but not as hard.

Summary: Good DVD but no English subtitle !
Review: This is a very good action-comedy movie. With Jackie fighting and Chris talking, it is hilarious. All the extras on DVD are worthwhile to watch except that while they are trying to give you so much extras, they forgot the most basic feature which is the English subtitle!

The subtitle is the norm for the DVD and I was so disappointed that this was missing. I need this option since Chris talks so fast and I couldn't catch all he said (this is very true since Jackie himself pointed out this fact in one of the extra features).

Overall this is an excellent entertaining movie to watch.

Summary: hour of the spewing donkeys
Review: I believe that the actors in this film(John leg-o-llama and mr. weinerschnitzel himself!) where eaten by a dog(weinerschnitzel the 3rd) and his friend the cat. I also think that the bird bath(spire-o-weavelington) was knocked over by ME

Summary: SOOO FUNNY
Review: I THOUGHT THIS MOVIE WAS HYSTERICAL. I LOVED JACKIE CHAN IN THIS MOVIE AND CHRIS TUCKER WAS GREAT. SOMETIMES LIKE 95% OF THE TIME I WANTED TO SLAP HIM. BUT HE WAS GREAT.

CHRIS TUCKER IS SUPPOSED TO BE ON VACATION IN HONG KONG WITH JACKIE CHAN, BUT JACKIE WHO PLAYS LEE IS WORKING AND DRAGGING HIM ALL OVER THE PLACE ON CASES. HE TELLS CHRIS TUCKERS'CHARACTER THAT THEY ARE GOING TO A MASSAGE PARLOR TO UNWIND AND THEY WIND UP FIGHTING LIKE 20 GUYS AND GETTING THROWN OUT OF A LIMO ON THE BUSY HIGHWAY BUCK NAKED. THIS IS JUST SOME OF IT. IT REALLY IS FUNNY. I DIDNT SEE THE FIRST ONE BUT AFTER WATCHING THIS ONE I AM ON THE WAY TO BLOCKBUSTER TO GET THE FIRST ONE.

Summary: CRAZY CORNY!!!!
Review: THIS WAS FUNNY FOR A MINUTE.AFTER THAT,IT WAS EXCEDRIN TIME.IN FACT,IT WASNT EVEN FUNNY.MORE LIKE GOOFY SILLINESS.THIS IS LIVING OFF OF PART ONE'S FAME.AND PART ONE WAS ONLY MARGINALLY ENTERTAINING.ALL THIS AMOUNTS TO IS RACIAL GIMMICKTRY.CHAN SAYS SOMETHING IN CHINENGLISH AND TUCKER MOCKS IT.BOORRRRRINGGGG!!!!THE PLOT(IF THERE WAS ONE AT ALL)COULDNT HOLD A COMMERCIAL TOGETHER.THIS AND MOVIES OF THE SAME TREND AMAZE ME ON THEIR POPULARITY.ONE WOULD THINK AN AUDIENCE WOULD BE TOO INTELLEGENT TO FALL FOR SUCH TRIPE.BUT ALAS,TODAYS AUDIENCES ARE MADE UP OF 10-15 YEAR OLDS WHO LIKE THE MOVIE SOLELY ON THE STARS POPULARITY.... THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY MUST GO TO CHURCH DAILY THANKING GOD FOR THE PRE-TEENS WHO DONT KNOW ANY BETTER AND THE POOR PARENTS WHO DOLE OUT THE GREENBACKS FOR TRASH I MENTIONED.
