Review: A thrilling movie captured perfectly by the legendary John Woo. A stunning performance of revenge, hatred, love, lust and pure power by Travolta and Cage.A good movie is rarely captured on film, but I believe this is one of those 'good movies'.

Summary: hard-breaking action with an elegant topping of emotions
Review: In a tivoli the FBI-agent Sean Archer and his son are merely having a caroussel-ride. A shot is heard, and the bullet meant to be hitting Archer, hits his son instead. Now the hunt begins. Possessed only by the mission of getting the murderer and ice-cold psycho and terrorist Castor Troy. During the hunt Castor is hurt and falls into a coma. But not without letting Archer know, that a huge biochemical bomb has been placed in Downtown San Francisco. A bomb big enough to destroy the entire city. The clock's ticking, but nobody knows where. Sean Archer now gets a really advanced surgery. The doctors are changing his look to the one of the killer. We now follow Archer on the bonebreaking hunt between Troy's own men, in order to locate the bomb threatening San Francisco with a terrible armageddon. John Woo did again. He managed to direct an exellent motion-picture with two of the greatest actors ever - John Travolta and Nicolas Cage. I just love it.

Summary: The best movie of action-thriller ever created.
Review: When I see this spectacular movie, like October of 1997, I was loved of i. The Gun of Castor troy is so good. Never, in a movie of Al Pacino, Robert de Niro, a men had a terrible and big gan than that. A golden gun .44 an with a 2shower" of 24 kl. gold. Spectacular. The paper of Sean, after the operation, was the best of i see. the touché of his hand to Jamie, to eve, all... And the face who put to wanda, the part in the jail when said to Troy: "You're good looking, you're hot" is perfect. The jumps into the CHURCH. 1,000 of bullets shoot in a church. The knife into Sean leg. Well, just the best movie ever created.

Review: This film I would reccomend to anyone who loves action. Not as good as say the classic "The Terminator" but will definatley satisify anyone who's in the mood for good action.

Summary: Too long - a good idea wasted
Review: I really liked the premise for this film. One man takes another man's identity to try and save the lives of hundreds of people. To do this he must become the other man, physically. There is real promise here, high concept at its best. John Woo just doesn't quite carry it off. Sure the cinematography is artful, the first two times that you see a sequence. I just felt that after 2 and 1/2 hours, I was just going to scream if I saw another slow motion, diving villain with guns blazing and jackets flowing behind him. All style and cartoonish characters does not a great movie make. I admit that I liked several parts of the movie quite a bit, but others were enough to almost make you turn it off right then and there. (The "fingers down the face" deal that Travolta does throughout the movie is one in particular). With that said, the image is very good and the sound is pretty decent. Lots of nice gunfire and explosions to test your subwoofer and surround speakers. No extras to speak of - another somewhat overpriced DVD from Paramount.

Summary: Jesus Christ this'll blow your mind!
Review: This is a fantastic film that leaves you wondering where the time went and wondering how to let go of the edge of the sofa... John Travolta is sexy and perfectly cast. He plays his role with immense accuracy, perfect timing and great delivery of lines. Nicholas Cage injects the film with drama and of course he plays his part perfectly as do all the other actors. if you haven't seen this film, i strongly suggest you see it now!

Review: This is with out a doubt the best action movie known to man!! Travolta + Cage=awsome movie!! Gina Ghreshon looks good Too!! But the action sequences and acting are mind blowing!! But when they catch Caster Troy (when he hits the fan), you can see the stunt mans face so clear that it wasn't Cage. Another one is when the boat ride action sequence, when they are flying in the air. Those are the only lame parts of the movie. Cool Movie
