Review: Most action movies lack originality and good acting but this has both . Both Travolta and Cage are brilliant and the surporting cast are also great . John Woo directs some of the most brilliant action sequences to set foot on film . They are tremendous . The dialogue is at most times good and the SFX scenes are great . So if your looking for a action packed shoot anything that moves action movie with brains then this is for you . Dont miss it .

Review: I have to say that Face/Off ROCKS! Not just the action, either. Nicholas Cage once again pulls off a masterpiece performance of a seriously troubled man, trying to get back what he always deserved.The single best moment in the film would have to be when he finally kills the man wearing his face, and screams out "DIE!!!!!" I recommend this movie to anyone who loves action, with a little drama mixed in.

Review: This is easily the worst movie either Travolta or Cage has ever made. It is action without realism, shooting for the sake of shooting (with very little hitting), the camera work and action scenes are ripped off from other movies, and the plot line is totally stupid. I can't stress enough what a smelly peice of hollywood big money trash this is!

Review: Although I wasn't convinced by the face-swapping plot, the writers actually pulled it off quite well (no pun intended). It was good to see John Travolta and Nicolas Cage getting the chance to play both bad guy AND good guy in the same movie, and I have to say Cage was best in both roles. Apart from being a storming action movie with several stunning set-pieces, this is also thoughtful and has some really good ideas: Castor Troy being a more attentive father and husband; Sean Archer forced to turn to Troy's friends for help; Archer patching up things with Troy's girlfriend... There may have been some unexplained SNAFUs, like how Troy grows his hair to look like Archer's. But this is a very clever film, and totally entertaining from start to finish.
