I FIND THAT MOST FILMS BEING RELEASED AT THE MOMENT LACK THE MAIN INGREDENTS OF A HORROR FILM BUT ALTHOUGH BEING A FREDDY AND JASON FAN ANYWAY THIS FILM IS FULL OF GOOD OLD BLOOD AND GUTS THE WAY HORROR FILMS SHOULD BE.

Do scary movies freak you out a lot, but there not really scary? Well they do me. On this movie I have done some research and all the charcters have played in other movies or short rolls. So most of them have hade some experience. This movie is rated R and is a horror/action film. Robert YU directed this movie.
The most important thing about this movie is the graphics. The reason the graphics are so good is because the faces didn't look to fake, they were realstic looking props that made you feel like you were actually there. When they would try to kill someone it looked real.
The next thing that was important is the tapping because it wasn't shaky. The person who was tapping it knew what they were doing. The picture of the movie was also very clear to see so that made it even better. I also got some other peoples opinions and they said that it was good.
The costumes of the movie Freddy vs. Jason are very well done. Freddy has a very creepy looking face. His face is made to look burnt and it is also very ugly. Jason's costume is a mechanic outfit with a white hockey mask he and also carries a long knife. Both Freddy and Jason looked like they did in other movies. The other characters looked modern day time.
My last point is the music. The music that was in the movie matched it. For example the music was very scary and they should have scary music for a horror movie. Most of the sound effects matched the movie. Overall on a scale from 1-10 I would rate this movie a 6. This movie had some comedy but some parts were scary.
I would recommend this to older people and if you like scary movies. I would not recommend this movie to younger people. To find out if Jason or Freddy wins go and see this movie.

Summary: Will this movie die out too?
Review: Imagine you are dreaming you have just gotten into the shower, when you hear footsteps coming from down your hallway. You stop, turn off the shower to see who it was, then someone with a white hockey mask, holding a bloody knife, burst through the bathroom door. You scream as loud as you can. You wakeup to you're screeching alarm clock and jump in anxiety and realized that it was only a dream. In this movie I would not fall asleep because the only way Freddy Krueger comes is in your dreams, and remember BE CAREFUL AND WATCHOUT!!!!!!!!!!
I thought the least detailed part of the movie was the introduction because all it was about was this younger middle-aged woman who went swimming with no clothes on, and she said, "c'mon I'm not kidding". Of course Jason jumps into the lake and kills her, in other words it lacked some detail. So I give it three stars and five stars being the best.
Unlike the introduction the setting was more detailed. Since the movie was supposedly a murder movie as always it was always a dark area or nighttime, making it seem scary. It took place in Springfield (where Freddy Krueger died). It also took place on Elm Street 1428 (where Freddy Krueger was burnt alive and came back to life).
Just like the setting, the sound effects were great, too. The scenes always had scary music and footsteps. Some realistic and some non-realistic ways in which Freddy and Jason both use to kill. Example of a non-realistic way of killing is when this guy was sitting on the swing and he heard something in the bush. He gets up to see what it is and walks across the road and Freddy Krueger reaches out and his shadow goes through the young man. Freddy says "I'm not strong enough I'll let Jason have some fun". The young man runs to the porch and falls asleep. When he woke up he saw his dad he leaned over to give him a hug and
His dad's head fell off, not very realistic. ... I thought the most important thing was the action in every part of the movie there was action. Such as the scene where this younger guy set Jason on fire he walks through the cornfields and stumbles upon some kids are having a party. Jason of course kills about six people and walks away.
Does the movie sound interesting?Well it's my opinion that out of all the Freddy and Jason movies this one is by far the best. I give it five stars with five stars being the highest. If you scare easy I wouldn't recommend it to you. If you have kids twelve or under you might not want to let them watch it because of the vulgarity. If this sounds exiting, go watch it, but remember don't fall asleep; Freddy only comes in your dreams.

Review: this film's ok. not scary, but fun. i wasn't bored at all, while watching it, let's put it that way. the last shot sucked though. why can't these franchises ever finish? i thought this flick was goin to be the swansong of to of the best film baddies of recent years. but no, let's just keep milkin it till the well runs dry! let's all look forward to freddy vs jason 2, freddy marries jason, etc, etc... one last thing: thanks to robert pyrdeck, for single handedly writing a good review and reinstalling my faith in the american education system, all in a few hundred words! good work! how do you spell sarcasm?

Summary: One of the Best Freddy Films in Years
Review: Finally! After much time, and many installments in both the Nightmare on Elm St. and Friday the 13th series, the fued has come. Recent Jason films have been given more thought than the Freddy films which steadily lost steam around the third movie. This was the breath of life that Freddy needed (Although, I must admit, I am more of a Jason fan myself!) I this film we see Freddy return as more of a frightening slasher than a killer comedian. Initially, the humor failed to satisfy me as I felt Freddy should have been more of a silent killer such as Jason or Michael Myers. As his films became more comedy than scary, I lost interest. Jason, of course, after his trips to hell and to outerspace returns once again in his terrifying form. I was overall reletively pleased withi this film, the acting, the suspense, and the atmosphere. I give this film 4 stars, and highly recommend checking it out!

Then; -the movie starts out as Freddy is Ms. Voorhees; -trying too preprase him two go two Elm Street and kill some new kids on the block..? -The movie turns out that; -Lor1's; -go; -Monica Keena; -Ho's father is a medical doctor at the old Westen Hills; -Sane Asyilum.. -Her boy friend thinks he was not involved her mothers car accident..! -But the truth turns out that Freddy was behind her killing. She lives in the same house where the murders where explored..
Even; -Nancy Thompsons; -former residential home looks a lot better then all the other Nightmare films. I seen this at the theatre in; -August; -a week after the; August 15th; -release; -I can tell you I had a great time.. enjoying the numb of a great showdown..! I herd that their will a be a DVD..! -Release in; -December.. -I can't weight two have these two do it on DVD.
and enjoy some fighting extras.. The script is great; -the music is superb. -Though it will still be toughen an cheek on; -DVD.

Summary: This slasher flick kicked ass!
Review: This horror movie kicked butt.
when i heard they were bringing out a film which brought my two favourite killers together i was so pleased......the when i heard the director of "the bride of chucky" ronny yu was directing that just put the icing on the gore cake. i went into the cinema expecting a big pay off of gore....violence.....and babes of course, and that is exactly what i got. all the way through the film there were belly laughs and gasps as blood was spraying everywhere. this film was probably one of the most enjoyable horror movie i have seen.....they need to make a sequel to this movie,they can not just leave it with freddy's severed head winking at us. i hope the dream master freddy carries on stalking people in their sleep and the undisputed master of the machette Jason stalks them whilst awake. freddy and jason can never Die! the fans love them too much!

Summary: A ton of unrealistic Murders, little of a battle
Review: Well I'll begin that the introduction of the two horror characters was excellent. I mean it begins with Freddy complaining that no child is afraid anymore, which causes his powers to weaken. But yet he explains how he found Jason and how he shall use him to start a murder spree on Elm street once again.
But after Jason is on his way to complete his errand, the teenagers spend the whole time smoking drugs, and getting high, acting as dumb as can be even while Jason slashes most of them up with his machete. All of this occurs until Freddy begins to get furious with Jason, on how he's killing everybody and having all the fun while he's stuck in the nightmare with no strength at all, when this happens he uses Jason's dreams to get at him. Finally we get some excitement as the battle begins, Freddy gets the better of Jason then and hurls him all over the boiler room with a twitch of his knives. But meanwhile the teenagers figure out it's Freddy behind it all so they bring Jason to Camp Crystal Lake where they hope they can bring Freddy out of the nightmare and into reality where Jason can kill him. They succeed in this and poor Freddy gets quite a shock when he sees Jason strolling through the flames towards him ready to fight. Jason smashes Freddy all over the place and cuts him up really badly, but there are some hilarious moments when Freddy can't seem to get his weapons to strike Jason, "oh give me a break!" he yells. Anyhow, the movie succeeds in making this a Freddy and Jason flick, it's full of grotesque murders and some crude 'teenage' humour. But it's no Roger Ebert favorite.

Summary: This movie was a great ACTION movie!!!
Review: Ok, everyone knows that Freddy is most definitely the scariest of the two, but Jason is definitely the strongest. When put together, they both put up the fight of their lives, while having some fun on the side. While in Jasons dream, Freddy has the advantage on him, but in the real world, its an even battle to the death. A MUST SEE! Lots of kewl graphics and great acting makes this movie invunerable to other action flicks out today! But when they make a movie staring Jason/Freddy vs. Michael Myers, Michael is going to KICK HIS...!!! Michael is the best and will win the fight if they make a movie about it.

Review: I was afraid to see this movie at first because I can't stand the sight of blood...The 2 main reasons I wanted to see this movie is because Kelly Rowland and Brendan Fletcher were in the movie...This is a gr8 movie. The blood looks so fake, it isn't even scary. I can't w8 for this to come out on DVD.
