Summary: The Legend lives on
Review: This movie is the best martial arts movie ever. It captures the power and the spirit of martial arts. There is a nice tribute to Bruce Lee too. This is definately a Bruce Lee fan's as well as a martial arts fan's dream come true.

Summary: too awesome for words
Review: I have seen this movie too many times to count, and am stillmezmerized by it every time I watch it. My favorite scenes are theopening fight scene at the temple, and the total humiliation of O'Hara. Lee glows in this movie, not really in a physical sense, but a spiritual one. The film also has some James Bond type of action, which blends in well with the script. Kelley, Saxon, and other supporting actors handle their roles well. The island added quite a bit of mystique to the movie, and personally, if it were filmed at another location, I don't think the film would have been as complete. There will never be another Bruce Lee, or another martial arts film of this caliber. Yes, there have been great films made since then, but never an equal to this one. This is a movie that every martial arts and action fan should have-I even bought extra copies to pass down to my children-sounds ridiculous to some, but I can show them what real martial arts films were about.

Summary: Best of Bruce Lee
Review: After watching all 5 Bruce Lee's movies, Enter the Dragon had to be the best. It is his true voice, which none of the other movies are and it really shows the power of Lee. It shows you a different side to Bruce, the wisdom and power that he had. Lots of action and great fight scenes. I have watched this one over and over and love it. It is a must for all martial arts fan. You can't describe how great the movie is, you have to watch it to believe it.

Summary: Magnificent
Review: I can't even begin to describe how much I love this film. It is just simply awesome. All of the fight scenes were great!

I do have a few problems with the film overall. First, the plot could have used some tightening up....although it's explained that Roper and Williams are war buddies, there is no connection between them and Lee(at least until the very end).

Furthermore, Jim Kelly is killed off way too early in the film. More screen time would have added to the film.

Summary: Enter the Dragon
Review: This epic adventure pits Lee against hundreds(seemingly)on a deadly island fortress. Lee is sent to an international martial arts tournament as an agent to uncover the sinister plot of Mr. Han. The fight scenes are incomparable to any before it or after. It's hard to beleive any human being could possibly move that fast. One only has to blink and miss several key techniques i.e. the start of the fight between Lee and Ohara, Lee's lightning hook kicks to Han's face, the triple punch to Sammo Hung in the title's opening duel to name but a few. Another element that sets Lee apart from the rest, is his "emotional content" that is displayed so beleivably real, one might think these men have truly been killed. Bob Wall, the despicable Ohara has been quoted "there is little else as terrifying as Bruce Lee staring you in the eyes with the look of total commitment to your destruction!" In the scene where Bruce Lee kicks Ohara into the tournament onlookers, the man Ohara flies into, actually gets both arms broken from the impact! Whether you are a practicing martial artist or just looking for a great way to kill (pun intended) a couple of hours, I highly recommend this movie. Lee is truly awe inspiring!

Summary: deadliest man on the planet
Review: Enter the Dragon - the greatest martial arts movie ever made. Bruce lee has no equal in this exciting, HongKong/American made movie. Many, many martial artists have tried to be the "next Bruce Lee" nobody has even entered the same level of this man's superhuman speed & skill. If you like James Bond without all the gadgetry that bond needed to get himself out of trouble, you will enjoy this movie! Lee depends on nothing but his hands & feet (and a couple of weapons he manages to procure from some of Han's unfortunate henchmen), it is only his total skill that allows him to virtually destroy anyone who stands before him. It is unfortunate more scenes were not written for him, for he is a believable dramatic actor as well. One of the most gratifying scenes in ANY martial arts movie, is when he totally humiliates Ohara. Bruce becomes like water and flows with Ohara's every movement and intercepts everything that is thrown at him. Finally, Ohara is so frustrated he lunges at Bruce with two broken bottles (they were real glass by the way)only to have them kicked out of his hands. He then knocks Ohara to the ground and stomps him into the dirt. The look on Lee's face as he lands on Ohara's chest is too disturbing for words. If you want to see the "real" superman in action, see this movie!

Summary: Wonderful
Review: This is the best martial arts movie ever. Best written, best acted. Not the best fight scenes, that title goes to return of the dragon or chinese connection, but overall the best ever.
