Summary: This is Bruce Lee's BEST film!
Review: No action film collection would be complete without "Enter the Dragon". The collector's edition contains (among other goodies) extra footage not originally released in America. Listen carefully for Keye Luke's distinctive voice and see if you can spot Jackie Chan (don't blink or you'll miss him even though his is one of the most memorable scenes in the film, and there are plenty.) When I first saw this film in the theater, I sat through 4 shows and then came back the next day and saw all 5 shows. Obviously, this is my favorite movie of all time.

Summary: Bruce Lee's Best Comes To DVD!
Review: If you had to have only one martial arts film in your library, this should be it. And this is without a doubt the most complete release of the film available. Though I give it 5 stars it is mainly for the fact the film deserves 5 stars no matter what (ecspecialy with stereo sound, the way it should be) the DVD deserves more of a four star for it's missing the mark. Having the oppurtunity to put together missing scenes from the film was a wonderful idea but they merely only copied the already exsisting Chinese version of the film which has had the two deleted scenes since it's release. Letting Bruce Lee historian John Little to put his hand in the pie to dub in Bruce's voice in the new scene was a big flaw considering the original soundtrack still exsists! The fact that Warner did not take the time to put in much of the other missing footage is a let down (you can actualy see in the Bruce lee exploitation film TOWER OF DEATH several of the other missing scenes such as Bruce talking to the female operative on Han's Island and more takes with the old man). There exists other fight scenes, even with Bruce, that were not included, even if it were just as an extra supplement. But, enough of what could have been. The commentary is a bit of a disapointment as well (ecspecialy compared to the excellent Bey Logan one on the special FISTS OF FURY DVD). Paul Heller merely repeats himself and gives little than the obvious and hardly keeps up with anything close to a scene specific commentary. Even for a first time viewer, no attention is drawn to future Superstars Sammo Hung or even Jackie Chan as they appear on screen! So, knowing what could have been gives this disc 3 or 4 stars for effort but ENTER will never be less than a 5 star movie!

Summary: Simply Great.
Review: Enter The Dragon is without question Bruce Lees movie and it shows.The plot and the rest of the actors are just filler so Lee doesn`t have to be on screen in every scene.I remember when I first saw Enter The Dragon back in 1973 it was an amazing film then.It is still an amazing film now I have seen it so many times I have lost co unt.All the other actors in the film do an comp etant job at there rolls.Of course even the best actors would appear average with the performance Lee gives in this film.The fights and everything it`s magic.As a side note Angela Mao Ying is won derful in her small role in the film.She is also the second best fighter in this film.When you wa lked out of the theathers in those days all you remembered was Bruce Lee you had to see it a few times before you remember anyone else.It`s movie -`s like Enter The Dragon that made me want to go to the movies.I have to give it two thumbs up and say thank you Bruce Lee. two thumbs way up for this one.Thanks Bruce.

Summary: THE BEST MARTIAL ARTS MOVIE OF ALL TIME
Review: Everybody already knows how great Lee was so I won't even get into that aspect of the film,but what really impressed me was the acting of the whole cast.John Saxon did a great job displaying both his humerous side and his serious side.Jim Kelly was great in his role,and the guy who played Han really personified evil.Bob Wall always did well playing the bad guy,but how many times is he going to get kicked in the groin everytime he's in a Lee movie?

Summary: One of the Greatest
Review: What can I say about this movie? Not only is it one of the greatest martial arts films of all time, it's star is one of the greatest martial artists of the 20th century. Lee is in true form, taking out opponents with amazing speed and power. His burning stare and fierce ki-aps would dishearten anybody. The movie itself is well-acted, and the plot is semi-believable, if not a bit cliched. I would recommend picking this up for your collection. Two interesting side notes: Jackie Chan was a stuntman in this movie. Look for him in the underground fight sequences. He gets his neck broken by Bruce as well as gets bludgeoned in the face by Bruce's double Kali sticks. Also, the final battle sequence between Han's warriors and the black clad prisoners is real. Most of the extras were members of Chinese street gangs and took the opportunity to settle old scores. The fights continued long after the cameras stopped rolling.

Review: absolutely the best lee has ever starred in before his death in 78. this movie was the only one in which we see bruce lee speaking an english tongue. unlike his other movies produced before this one, enter the dragon became much more of a hit in the U. S. because of its staging in hong kong along with an international cast of world champion fighters. the movie is one of a rather large budget, and lee himself knew that any chinese produced movie of his would not make the big screen like enter the dragon did. hollywood helped lee to be a success because the funding got the film to be seen.
