Summary: Breathtaking, beautiful, sweet!...while it lasts.
Review: For me, I've entered foreign territory here. I've never seen a Japanese centerfold DVD before, so I didn't know what to expect. It's certainly nice to LOOK at, but with only Japanese dialogue (no subtitles), a lack of chapter selection (meaning you have to "fast-forward" it to view your favorite scene...), and...a not-even-an-hour DVD (...), it's more of a novelty than anything else. As for the model, she is simply-ahem- "breathtaking." And she really has a kawaii (cute) voice to further accentuate her beauty. I just wish I could've understood her a bit more. Sigh, curse my ignorant-level knowledge of the Japanese language.

Summary: Poor production detracts from the gorgeous Mizuno
Review: Haruki has a stunning body, but the problems of the DVD unfortunately do not make up for it. Besides Haruki's body, the only other thing good I can say is that there were a variety of different scenes and she at least tried to be playful to the camera. She will pose on her bed, the couch, try on bathing suits, wear a nightgown, and take a bath among other scenes.

Now the bad points, and they are major and many. First off, I feel like I got jipped on buying a DVD. It is apparent to me that they took the VCD or the VHS and transferred it directly to DVD. There are absolutely no extras and the quality of the film is poor. There is no subtitle option, no audio option, no scene option, and not even a menu! Another huge problems was the directing. I simply could not get over the fact that Haruki kept looking away from the camera like she was constantly taking cues from the director. He should have stood behind the camera or reminded her about it. Another thing that bothered me was that she kept "patting" herself instead of "rubbing" herself. There was a scence where she was squirted with water and a scene where she had oil. Who the heck pats theirself with oil? Nobody. My last complaint is from the second the movie started to the second it ended, it ran in slow motion. I paid for 60 minutes, but what I got was much less. I found myself fast forwarding through many parts. It is ok for some scenes to create a dramatic effect, but not the whole frickin' thing. If I wanted to watch in slow motion, I have a button on my remote for that.

It really is too bad because this could have been a good video shoot.

Summary: Not To Be Sold to Minors
Review: Just your basic info on this DVD: It's another of Tai Seng's soft-core profiles of a Japanese nude model - in this case the lissome Haruki Mizuno. The production values are splendid, the model is stunning, the settings and set-ups are designed to show off the model's substantial physical beauty. More esthetic than erotic. But it is not 'PG' material, unless Jack Valenti at the MPAA has had some Scrooge-like change of heart and is opening the flood gates (as if ratings had any appreciable effect on social values).
