Review: This movie is a really really good cartoon... but don't exspect it to teach your child anything new.Seriously, if this movie was accurate,it WOULD NOT be rated "G" because Anya/Anastasia's family basically got slaughtered. So to wrap it up... this is a FANTASTIC movie...INACCURATE history lesson. Thanx! (by the way, I'm young, I should know a good cartoon when i see one!)

Review: this movie has good anamation and Anya (thie grand duchess to be,) is NOT a damsell in distress. All the voices for the movie all basically done by celebs. The music is very nice,too. What more could a child (or adult who likes cartoons,) ask for?!?

Review: The timing of the release between Disney's Little Mermaid and Anastasia couldn't have come at a better time. Why would anyone want to pay for a movie they may already have on tape when you can enjoy a wonderful musical that will appeal to kids of any age. I found it to be well drafted story with a new twist to the legend of Anastasia. It retained some of the mystery and suspense that has made it one of the most written about stories in history. The musical score itself is worth buying. Especially the songs "Once upon a december" and the song "Wonderful Journey" sung by Richard Marx and Deana Carter. As soon as it came out on tape, I purchased it with not a second thought and will gladly let any of my future children watch this. The blend of computer graphics and animation could use some work. It appeared some what fuzzy at times, I believe that Disney may finally have some competition. For now it will be on my top ten lists of romantic, funny, and adventurous movies.

Review: i just love ANASTASIA. Not only is the graphic design in the movie awesome, i think the music in this movie has also contributed a great part into the success of it. I just love this movie. By the way, Meg Ryan really really did a great job in vocing Anya and I just love every part of the movie.

Review: I don't know how some people can say it is a poor pethetic movie. It is was one of the best I've seen. It is my second favorite movie. It has great animation and wonderful music.It isn't the same as the old story but I think this one is better. If you were looking for a great feature film for both grown-up and children this should be the one.In my book it passes for 500% or A+ + + + + + +. It is a wonderful touching movie that well move you. This will teach you that love last forever and deep inside you are still the same person you were 10-20 years ago. I loved it so will you.

Review: This is a wonderful production based on a wonderful topic, the Princess Anastasia. This absolutely is a wonderful movie for all ages. It tells you how special love is and that nothing can change that. It tells how your feelings can be anyway that you want them to be but inside you are still the person that you have always been.

Review: The graphics and animation were really awesome and I liked the songs from the movie. My main disappointment was that it was not very accurate in history. For starters, the revolution didn't take place when Anastasia was eight but when she was seventeen. Anastasia died along with her family after being shot by Lenin and his followers.
