Summary: Ruined
Review: Cardcaptors was butchered very badlyfrom the original Japanese version. This new series by Nelvana (grr.. I hate you!) is missing many episodes and the story is somewhat different. They wanted to turn this heart-warming girls' series into a action-packed boys' series (which it is not!). In the series (refering to TV) scenes with Sakura's grandfather was taken out because it would have seemed inappropriate for an action series. They also changed relationships and feelings, such as Syaoran's (Li) love for Yukito (Julian), Chiharu (Chelsea) and Takashi's (Zachary) relationship, Meiling's (Meilin) feelings and relationship with Syaoran (Li), and so much more. If you are into the series, I recommend Cardcaptor Sakura, the un-dubbed and untampered series. It is so much more satifying.

Summary: Cardcaptors-Tests Of Courage
Review: I have this video and its in english. I dont know why people think Cardcaptor Sakura is the best series. I mean Cardcaptor Sakura is in japanese. Anyways this video has episodes on here. There is 3 of them. They are funny episodes.
Sakura's Rival: At school there is a transfered student from Hong Kong named Li Showron. He is a part of the Reed family! Li and Sakura trys to capture the Thunder card later on. As Sakura used the Shadow card and Li used some of his powers, the Thunder card is captured. Li and Sakura made a good team but Sakura said "This is only the beginning."
Time And Again: Sakura had a music test at school. Sakura didnt really practice that much so she messed up on her recorder. Her brother told her to practice some more to get it right. Sakura did that and her brother was right, she did it! Sakura told Kero that she was going to show them NEXT time. And well, tomorrow was going to be the next time. Sakura was at school and wondering what is going on here? Only Li and Sakura could notice that they were back in time only 1 day later. Then they knew it is the Time card.
The Cave: Sakura is on a field trip to the beach while Kero is at home whining and mumbling. (Kero wanted to go with Sakura at the beach.) Sakura looked at the cave while she was in the water. She thought there was ghosts in there. It was night time. Sakura was at the Girls bedroom. Nikki told 1 of Zachary's storys about the cave. While Nikki was telling the story, the teacher comes in and checks on them and told them they had to go to sleep. The next day they went to the cave while it was dark. They holded candle sticks to see. When everyone was in there they were starting to dissapeir. Sakura captured the card when Li was around and the card was captured. It was called the Erase. This video is 75 minutes long. Rated TV7. This video is 1 of my favorites.

Review: I think Cardcaptors is very cool. I like sakura,Eli,kero,and the others.Me and Kristan like Cardcaptors we are big fans of Cardcaptors and the books of Cardcaptors.We have the soundtrack the toys and every thing.If Cardcaptors is gone we wood scream very hard! Me and Kristan love cardcaptors alot if we never see cardcaptors agen we would have to put up a fan club and we would scream till we die!

Review: Hi, my name is Bianca, and I am 7. I really love Cardcaptors, and Sailor Moon. I own all the Cardcaptors episodes on video, and the movie, and I own all the episodes of the first and second seasons of Sailor Moon, the R movie, and 8 of the 12 volumes of the S season. All my videos are edited and dubbed. I get them dubbed, because, well, I can't read. I can write, but I'm telling my mom what to say for this review, and she types it for me. I'm planning to watch the subtitled version of this when I get 9 or 10. So far, I think Cardcaptors is a wonderful series! Sakura is so cute, and it's great that she was chosen to be a Cardcaptor. I recommend this for children ages 7-12.

Review: What did Nelvana do to the beloved anime Cardcaptor Sakura? They dubbed it into a horrifying "Americanized" anime:Cardcaptors. I HATE THIS DVD! I atleast wished they would have put both English and Japanese soundtracks on this dvd, or not dub it at all. What were they thinking when they dubbed this!? If you're looking for a cute, heartwarming series that people of all ages can enjoy, don't buy this! Buy the original version:Cardcaptor Sakura! Atleast CCS is in Japanese with subtitles, unlike CARDCAPTORS!
Ugh, that's all I really feel like I need to say for this review.

Summary: Not bad... but...
Review: I hate to say it, but this wasn't one of the best videos I've seen. This dubbed version began with the 8th Japanese episode, causing a confusion over how and when she got the Clow Cards. Also, they cut out many scenes.
If you'd prefer to see it in English, this is the best version available, but if you'll take any language, I suggest you buy the Japanese.

Summary: This is all we basicly have accsess to.
Review: When I first Disoverd CC, I was still recovering from the sudden leaving of sailor moon. My brother had been watching the show unknown to me, and i soon found him watching it. so we began to watch together and, i at first thought 'o jeeze, this show is horrible.' But still i got used to the caracters, and watched it. after a while i liked it then about 2 years after i had last seen it, i re-discoverd it. This only brought me to like it more, remembering watching the shows. Not to long after i discoverd CCS, Witch was Good to. but basicly my point is, that i only had access to the Dub. It took me 2 years to find the CCS series.I think they are both wonderful, and NOTHING LIKE POKEMON. I dont know how people would EVER relate the 2 shows. Pokemon was popular, CC and CCS Are Harldy known about! Thank u for hearing my words... =^-_-^=

Review: Cardcaptors is cool dont get me wrong, but the way the videos have been brought out is a little confussing. The story line seems to all over the place. But on a good note cc is enjoyable to watch and is always good for a little advanture, even for a 19 year old like me.

Review: Well whatever the reason let me tell you my opinon of "Cardcaptors." First off it's a show first aired in Japan in '98 under the title of Cardcaptor Sakura. It was a show about a girl named Sakura Kinomoto. It had 73 wonderfull epi. Cardcaptors started with the episode when Shaolan Li(Li's the Family name you don't switch rich, powerful, influental peoples name). Oh I wish i could continue but I got to go so in total Buy the show about Friendship,love,trying your best,stop the world from dying. Get Cardcaptor Sakura(don't pay attention to the 13 &up they never even reviewed it). Even if your not sure cause it's 13& up watch it them you won't be disappointed.

Summary: The importance of being original
Review: Just gotta respond to the editor's review...As much as I love the series, I must agree. It is kinda cheesy in it's dubbed form. You want a better storyline, more complete and complex, you want the original Card Captor Sakura. Still cheesy in it's own special way, but infinitely more likeable.
