Review: Serena and Darien are at a flower shop when Darien old friend Fiore comes back.The next day as Serena and the scouts walk to school a flower monster attacks the scouts.Knock out Rini wakes Serena so she can help them.Darien as Tuxedo Mask comes to stop Fiore who beening control by a alien flower called the kisenian blossom.Jealous of Serena, Fiore attacks her ,but Darien moves right in front of her and he gets stabbed into his body.Fiore kidnaps Darien so Sailor Moon and the scouts go after Fiore and Kisenian.What stupid is Rini called Serena "moonmama" before she found out that her mother in the 21st century.

Review: It is always good when you can get anime that hasn't been butchered by American suits who think that we are too stupid to understand Japanese culture.It is even better when that anime is Sailor Moon. This isn't an anime just for kids. People here have the concept that Sailor Moon is a kid's show. Far from it. Some of the images in the uncut version from Japan are quite intense, and is laced with some adult humor as well. I recommend these DVD's if anyonewants to se the REAL Sailor Moon, and not the watered down DIC version on Cartoon Network. Well worth the price.

Summary: Avoid the dub version
Review: I highly suggest that you not get this. First I will point out the limited good parts about the dubb version. For younger fans of Sailor Moon, this movie is more approprite. The plot is good. And the qaulity of animation is fairly good too. Now on to why I detested it... None of the voices match the charactor. Usagi(serena), Ami(amy),
Rei(raye), Makoto(lita), and Minako(mina) all sound like full grown women and not 14-year-old teenagers. Chibi-usa(rini) sounds like an eight year old, not a five year old like she is in the movie. Luna's dubb voice suggests that she is an old english nanny (gags). I HATE the music. Through out the movie, they just play the english theme song over and over and over, only differnt keys, and differnt insterments. After a while you can't take it anymore. The only song that dosn't follow that rythem is the "Power of Love". That song is played at the end of the movie.
The original song "Moonlight Revenge" is more intense and fits the song. But the song "Power of Love" is too mellow and dosn't fit the scene. Just those reasons above, are why I loathed this moie

Summary: somthing any sailor moon or anime fan will enjoy
Review: I really enjoyed this movie. The animation qaulity is exelent,
and the plot is very enjoyable. Any Sailor Moon fan will like this movie. I loved the music, it is a heck of a lot more enjoyable than the dubb version's music. The best song in the movie is Moonlight Revenge, which was replaces with "Power of Love" in the dubb version (shot me now).
There are no stupid comments, unlike the dubb versoin. All of the voices are perfectly mathced. Usagi and Ami dosn't sound like 30-year-old women, Luna dosn't sound like an old nanny. In my humble opoion this movie is worth the price and then some

Summary: The best of the lot!!!!
Review: By now I've watched this movie in three languages: first in German, then in English, and in Japanese with subtitles. I used to think that the German version wasn't very good (edited!!), but I've changed my mind. The English version is far worse. Terrible voice acting, and who the heck decided to let them say such bull?? But the subtitled version....WOW!! Okay, I don't really understand Japanese, but after comparing the German, English and the subtitled versions with the information I got from the movie book, I think the subtitles are extremely close to the original. Basically, I've watched three different movies.
I've been a fan for almost six years, and I've wanted this DVD for a long time. And as I had to buy an import in Germany, I had to shell out 36 euros (that's more than 30 dollars!!). But it is worth it!! And hey, now I even know the song lyrics!! Now I'll probably save up to buy Sailor Moon S. Everybody out there: don't buy the VHS, buy the DVD!!

Summary: Dub really pulls it down, butr still good.
Review: This movie is pretty cool, yet sad at the end. Fiore and Kissiniean Flower return to Earth to destroy and rescue Mamourou (Darrien) from the people that wouldn't love him. AVOID THE DUB AT ALL COSTS! The dub is horrible "Moon Mama"?! *drops dead* ANd the end scene totally is ruined by the seiyuu in the dub. At least the uncut has all the original music. And they take out the good, yet not mood driven "The Power of Love" at the end and use the oroiginal song "Moon Revenge".The dub is better in the uncut version, but watch it subbed first, watch the dub if you wanna laugh

Summary: Supereb Movie and the best one amongst three
Review: SailorMoon R the Movie is the greatest one amongst the three movie.The song is great...Moon Revenge...the storyline is very good...the fight scenes are good and bit rougher than TV series and that why this movie is better than the series one.
And plus this time all the sailors used their powers equally.
And all the flashbacks really revealed who the sailors in reality as human being and before they got the planets powers from Luna.
To Sailormoon fans,you guys must buy this movie!!!

Summary: Promise of the Rose
Review: I would like to say that Sailor Moon R-Promise of the Rose, was my all-time favorite movie out of all three-R, S, and SS.
At first when I saw this movie, I was confused, since I had never seen the R season, but I caught up with the story pretty quickly.
The plot is very organized and consistent, and it was very explanatory if you were confused about a particular element.
I think that the whole movie was entertaining and I liked it even through the end of the credits.
For big-time Sailor Moon Fans, (like me), this movie is great and a worth-while buy.
