Summary: More Moo please!
Review: I have a 8 month old daughter and a 21 month old daughter and they both LOVE this movie. We got it for my oldest daughter for Christmas and she has already learned her farm animals and the "Old Mac Donald" ong from this video. Very educational and entertaining for both of them.

Summary: E-I-E-I-O!!!!! Fun and Educational!!
Review: A friend told me to buy Baby Mozart when my son was colic and it worked. Today, I own every Baby Einstein DVD out!! My son loves them all, especially the animal related ones such as World Animals and Neighborhood Animals. I just knew that Baby MacDonald would be a favorite and it is. He is now 19 months old and watches it tentively!!! He follows along to the DVD and recites each and every word on the screen!! All the Baby Einstein DVDs are educational and my son has learned so many words and is forming sentences at such an early age for a boy!! Thank you Disney for your educational DVDs!!

Summary: Another winner from Julie Clark
Review: As a fan of all the Baby Einstein Dvd's, I was as usual, more than happy with the Baby MacDonald DVD. My daughter has grown up watching all the Einstein video's and even sleeps to the various musical arrangements. She has gone from counting on her fingers to the Numbers Nursery, to pointing out the cow and sheep in this video. This video is visually pleasing, musically enchanting while keeping with their old reliable staple of cute puppets doing silly things, which thrills my daughter to no end. I especially love the fact that as of late, they include on the DVD Bonus menu, the option to play just puppet shows, read along with the book or sing along to "Old MacDonald", which she loves to do with me and her father. I cannot wait for the next one!

Summary: Fun on the Farm for Everyone...even Moms & Dads!
Review: As an Iowa farm girl mom who just moved back to the Heartland with my under-two daughter, I was thrilled to see this new edition of Einstein! Since she was about 8 months old, she's been watching the world of Baby Einstein and I've enjoyed seeing the educational advances along the way (she's 20 months now).

While I haven't really sat down to watch the whole thing with her, I do like the catchy tunes (Old MacDonald & Farmer in the Dell). The puppets and animals are fun and pretty accurate. The equipment and actions are good too. Although I have to agree with some other reviewers that some of the music/pace seems slow and dull when it could be more upbeat.

Still, she LOVES it! She asked for "mcdonalds" every day for a month after we got it! She gets a kick out of singing E-i-e-i-o and doing the animal sounds like she's learned from other toys and reading other books. She is obsessed with animals and liked the World Animals & Neighborhood Animals videos a lot when she was younger.

Now she seems more interested in Little People videos because they have a storyline and characters to hold her attention not just mesmerize her with music and quick-changing images. But for 18 months and younger, Baby Einstein does it right!

Summary: Great DVD
Review: Baby Einstein seems to keep up the momentum of making great videos (except Baby Galileo) - this is a welcome addition to their other 2 animal videos. Great mix of amusing puppet shows (my 22 mos old daughter laugher outloud at every one), art, live farm scenes, kids playing. Pigs in the mud scene is delightful. Section on Growing Things is stimulating, even for older kids. The bonus section on the DVD is worth it - great teaching tools, animal footage spot on as usual. My daughter grew up with Baby Einstein and at 22 mos, still is enraptured by all of them except the first 3 truly tailored for babies (Einstein, Mozart, Bach). The look of wonder and questioning on kids faces is all a parent needs to know how great these videos are!

Summary: Fun on the Farm
Review: Having been a fan of previous Baby Einstien DVD's, I was very excited to see the newest addition to the family. My 16 month old daughter is at the age where mooing like a cow, oinking like a pig and quacking like a duck are a constant source of amusement. She LOVES this DVD. She giggles at the puppet shows and moos, oinks and quacks to her little heart's content.

The DVD details all aspects of the farm, from the animals to the celebration of the harvest. It is a wonderful learning tool and entertaining enough that it won't annoy the parents! (Always an important feature, as far as I'm concerned.) Hope you enjoy it.

Summary: Great Addition to the Baby Einstein collection
Review: I bought Baby Mcdonald for my 21 mo old daughter. She absolutely loves it and asks to watch it . It seems to be her favorite one of the Baby Einstein collection so far, although she does like many of the others too. It is a great video with children and animals. It also has many scenes from a farm too. Great video well worth the money.

Summary: FANTASTIC TOOL FOR YOUR CHILD
Review: I have a 12 month old daughter and she absolutely loves not only this video, but all of the Baby Einstien collection. I can pop in any one of these DVD's and she is instantly enthralled. This particular DVD gives you an up close look at the farm. It breaks down the farm into groups such as planting the field, harvest, barnyard animals etc....each one of these sections is filled with high color images, interesting and unique toys, and some pretty amusing puppet shows. I am a huge believer in the Baby Einstein products and will reccommend them to anyone who will listen. If you haven't tried out these products yet then give it a chance, I promise the $14.00 is well worth the enjoyment your child will get from it.

Summary: Fun and Educational
Review: I purchased this dvd for my 22 month old son and he loves it. The dvd teaches about the farm including animals and food that comes from the farm. The puppet shows are great. My son sings, dances and talks through the whole video and when its over he wants to watch it again. We have two other Baby Einstein dvds (Newton and Neighborhood Animals). He really likes them but I've never seen him so excited about any movie or program as he is about this one. A definite must have.

Summary: Baby McDonald by Baby Einstein
Review: I run a day care in my home. The ages are from 14 months to 3-1/2. I have several other Baby Einstein dvd's and they have always loved them. This one however has not held any interest whatsoever for any of them. I found it particularly boring myself without all the visual and audio stimulation of the others. Stick to the basics and use the toys. I would not recommend this one at all.
