Summary: Funny in a silly, sick kind of way...
Review: Akira is a normal guy who likes girls and computers and gets both in Mimi, a computer who looks like a girl. The DVD holds their adventures as they defend the internet, other female PCs and Japan against an invasion by evil American made personal computers which have huge...memory storage. Hehe. Lots of fun in only three episodes. Hint: The second the FBI warning shows up hit 'menu' otherwise the DVD seems to get stuck and won't even come out of the player.
Even has a slide show and a blooper 'reel' where you get to hear the screw ups of the voice actresses and actors. Beware, lots of cussing but darn funny.
This is one of the first anime DVDs I ever bought and I figured I needed to write a review on it. Wish there were more DVDs as funny, sexy and as well drawn as this one.

Summary: 4 all ecchi dudes :)
Review: Cool anime about one harcore net-surfer. One day he's buing new computer with very special add-on - kawaii biomechanical doll. If you like erotic comedy, cute girls and stuff - u have to see this anime.

Summary: Not for kids, but funny as hell.
Review: Nerdy, nice-guy Akira purchases a very "personal" computer by mistake -- a sweet, shapely Pixie named "Mimi." Mimi requires constant "upgrades" in the form of Akira's "active molecules," which she uses as computer memory. Result: computer terms pop up in the most intimate of moments and vice-versa.

It's a sex comedy, but it works. My friends and I laughed hard all the way through this. I wouldn't show it to kids, though -- the nudity and sexual content mark this animation for an older audience. To its credit, it doesn't show anything naughty happen below the waist, leaving such things to the imagination. (It does feature full-frontal computer-female nudity at other times, though).

The animation is beautifully drawn and painted, and the writing, music and direction felt top-flight. There's nothing "cheap" about this sex comedy! ;-)
