Jubei Chan the Ninja Girl - Vol. 2: Basic Ninja Training

Summary: Off-kilter but still amusing
Review: Very stilted but often very funny comedic anime about a young (and thoroughly annoying) high-school girl who earns the chance to resurrect a long-dead ninja courtesy of a magic eyepatch. Despite overtures towards seriousness -- the mega-choreographed fight scenes -- the whole thing is basically played as a comedy. Dippy and shallow, but fun regardless.
