Summary: AMAZING
Review: Amazing Nurse Nanako is one of life's guilty pleasures. You will laugh, you will cry and you will hope that no one sees you watching and enjoying such an un-PC anime.

At first glance (usually up Nanako's skirt), it is easy to be offended by the level of fan service, misogynistic characters, and rampant sexism displayed within the story. However, there is just so much of it and it is so over the top that its clear that you're watching a parody. Keep watching and your initial reactions will diminish and you'll discover that the show is really funny.

Summary: Serial Killers and Mecha
Review: I like Nanako, she is a sweet, cheerful 16 year old who is going to have serious back trouble when she gets older because of her considerable bust.

In this 2nd DVD in a series of three we find The Ogami hospital gang: Dr. Jyoji Ogami, Nanako, Dr. Koren, Priest Genki, the old witch, and two new charactyers that seem to have appeared out of thing air, the very large breasted Kaoru Satsuki and a young man who appears to be Ogami's assistant.

The first episode begins with Nanako doing laundry and a large number of police show up she runs to Dr. Ogami who is on the phone with the Police talking about a serial killer named Hyde, yes Hyde. The police want him to do an experiment on Hyde's blood because it is very abnormal and their standard test can't make heads or tails of it. Well, Dr. Ogami does the experiment and concludes that Hyde is a clone, but as soon as he makes this discovery, Hyde tuns into a monster who seems deadset on killing our pretty Nanako. Seeing that the creature is a after Nanako, the magnanimous Dr. Ogami decides to use Nanako as bait, ie torture her to get its attention, so the viewer gets to see Nanako in several different situations of undress. Even a close lesbian scene between her and Satsuki. The monster of course is eventually defeated by Dr. Ogami and he wonders who could have created such a creature.

The next episode we find that Dr. Ogami is away from the hospital, but this happens to be during the time of the New International Weapons fair, so Satsuki and gang dress Nanako in a power suit, she displays the suits capabilities unwilling to the audiance's approval. The suit, however, attracts a character named Allen, who attended MIT with Dr. Ogami. He intends to destroy Nanako.

This is a fun DVD that flashes lots of skin and works on an extreme physiical humor level it is fun to watch, buying it though is another story, this is definately rental material, unless you just adore Nanako.

Summary: Something New and Very Welcome!
Review: Like most anime titles the cover says it all, and this one is a prime example. You can kind of guess this is pure fan service centered on the maid, Nanako Shichigusa, who somehow fits into this strange story about aliens and Jesus. Yes, THAT Jesus. I won't lie to you, at some point your going to say, "Huh? That ain't right!" However, it won't be about the religious parts. Dr. Kyoji Ogami is from a long line of scientists, all of which had the same maid. Nanako, like the ones before her, were all clones of the same woman. They mysteriously die at the age of twenty, and then get cloned again. Now, you might think Kyoji might be nice to her because of this fact, but for some reason he isn't nice to her at all. Between the extensive training and verbal abuse you might feel Kyoji dislikes Nanako, but that isn't the case here. All the questions you might have get resolved at the end so no problem with the story. There are a few other characters that make a seldom appearance, but their names escape me because their small roles. The three volumes contain two episodes each, and each volume is about an hour of entertainment. I highly recommend this series because it has everything on a BIG scale, but the 15+ doesn't lie so hide the kids.
