Summary: A Little Snowfairy Sugar- Sweet Mischief
Review: I am 12 years old and I still think this was such a cool movie! The characters are VERY loveable, especilly Sugar, the snow fairy. The cute part about the main characters is that they all have big eyes! I liked the parts were Saga was going out and Sugar said ''Let Sugar come too!'' BUY THIS DVD IM TELLIN' YA IT'S JUST SO CUTE!!!

Review: I bought this DVD for my 4 year old daughter and she loves it. The characters are over cute and the dialogue is a bit syrupy but she loves the trouble Sugar causes to Sagas life.

Summary: Even imported it to Europe
Review: Since Snow Fairy Sugar is not available in Europe I even underwent all the trouble (like sailing around the country code...) and additional costs importing this super cute series. I did this because I'm such a fairy fan and because I really love the better and even mystical japanese anime art. Design and art of Snow Fairy Sugar are breath-taking; the characters are real and loveable; the story is superb; the music wonderful; only animation is a bit poor (as usual... although still better than most other animes). If you are a big or a little child and like anime movies like Heidi - Girl of the Alps, Spirited Away and Kiki's Deliveri Service, you surely will love this series too. It is laden with feelings and magic and there is absolutely no stupid hack-and-slay. More please.

Summary: Great family-friendly anime (and that's a rare thing)
Review: Sugar is a very sweet, family friendly anime targetted at elementary school aged girls and younger, however there's no reason anyone older or male cannot enjoy this sweet fun show about a girl and her innocent 'troubles' and adventures with a group of ultra cute fairies. Charles Solomon described this show well comparing it to Card Captor Sakura (no Saga and Sugar are not tiresome unlike Solomon's reviews) and Strawberry Shortcake. Unlike CCS this show is totally family friendly. It's sweetness will put a smile on your face - the whole series is recommended but do keep in mind who the target audience is. If you want more substance get hold of Perfect Blue or Grave of the Fireflies instead, for me this show is da bomb and if you have a girlfriend/wife or a young daughter this is an item to get for them. ^_^.

Review: This show is cute. The characters are oozing with cuteness so be warned:) but seriously speaking, it was a show made for children thus the kawaii factor is extremely high and violence very low. this however doesn't mean older viewers can't enjoy it. little snow fairy sugar is not only a good anime show for kids, but adults and teenagers will like it as well. the plot is very simple: apprentice fairy trying to find a "twinkle" so that they can become full-fledge season fairies...the only problem is no one has a clue what the "twinkle" is so thus begins the journey and mystery. can't wait to see the rest of the series. the dubbed is not bad but it does fall flat on genki-ness and emotion. i would recommend watching the sub but for children the dub will b fine.

Review: well, i actually havnt bought it yet, its coming out in april! whyyyyyyy must i wait so long??? its a funny show! if you bought the 4th dvd of Hellsing then there is a cute preview for it. this show is mostly of a girl and meets a hungry little snow fairy. its cute, but they changed the name, its supposed to start with sugar at the beggining. GRRR! who knows if this is dubbed all the way, or does it have original dialogue and subtitles. cuz if it is dubbed, im buying it off soemthign else. i also recomend sailor moon movies(dvds), Chobits, Hellsing, and Neon Genesis Evangelion
