Review: It was o.k. I've seen it many times! My fave part was when the monkey threw his crap at Wanda . Cosmo was the best in this movie, he was so FUNNY. It was very, very cool!!!!!!!!I hope you can have a great time watching it to.

Review: My sister and I are overly obsessed with the Fairly Odd Parents. This movie is great! It truly keeps you in suspense! The ending could be better (as in the last few lines, not what happens to them at the end), but overall, this is a FANTASTIC movie! Cosmo and Wanda are the funniest! Vicky wasn't in it enough although I'm GLAD that her little sister wasn't in it, except for a cameo. With jokes galore: Cosmo and Wanda surprise Timmy with a special FAIRY-VERSARY celebration (indicating his first full year of having fairy godparents.) Jorgen Von Strangle gives Timmy a magic muffin, that can grant Timmy a rule-free wish, no matter WHAT Da Rules book says (only, the muffin tastes awful). But, Timmy's evil teacher Mr. Crocker is bent on stealing the muffin and capturing some *FAIRY GOD PARENTS*!!!!!!!!!!! The most interesting part is near the end when Timmy reveals the existance of his fairy godparents ("the truth will set you free!") which causes Cosmo and Wanda to leave forever. Anyone who enjoys the TV show will love this spectacular motion picture event. I look forward to another Fairly Odd Parents movie... in theatres, hopefully!

Summary: A Great Adventure
Review: Nickelodeon finally makes a good movie. Abra-Catastrophe is the best nicktoons movie yet. Timmy Turner recieves a magic muffin for his 1 year fairy-versery. If a bite is taken from the muffin, that person is granted a rule free wish. Anyone. Timmy loses the muffin and it is obtained by a monkey named Bippy. The monkey wishes for the world to be a big jungle and Timmy's god parents, Cosmo and Wanda, become his. As Timmy tries to get the muffin back, it lands into the hands of the evil Mr. Crocker, who is obsessed on proving the existence of fairy godparents. Crocker tries to take over the world. Can Timmy save the world before Crocker destroys it? A great movie, leaves you at the edge of your seat.

Summary: The Fairly Oddparents movie......It was, AWESOME!
Review: Okay, Abra-Catastrophe, it's your average fairly oddparents TV show. So, Timmy had kept his fairygodparents safe from anyone knowing about them for one year, and in return, he gets an Fairaverrsiry muffin, a muffin that grants the eater one rule-free wish. But, he loses the muffin and Bippy, an average monkey own by Timmy's friend AJ, eats the muffin and wishes that the world was ruled by monkeys. And Timmy decides to change the world back to normal. The monkeys keep Timmy's demented teacher, Mr.Crocker, who tires to proves that fiaries excist, in a cell in a basment. And just when the ape overlords are about to ... Timmy, Bippy gets the muffin and changes the world back t normal. BUT! Then Crocker finds the muffin. HE eats it and wishes that he could capture a fairy godparent, he catches Wanda, Timmy's godparent, and Cosmo, Timmy's other Godparent and Timmy, try to stop him. Mr. Crocker makes Wanda give him world domination, and he gets it! The world had been transformed into Crocker world! Aaaaaah! But, Timmy sets out to stop his teacher. HE succeeds, and the world is back to normal. I would have appreciated it more if Crocker died at the end. In the movie, he only gets beaten up by Timmy's parents and goes to jail. Take my word, rent this movie. If you like it, WHICH I DO! Buy it!

Summary: great movie... wanted more from the dvd
Review: Okay, maybe I was expecting a bit too much from a DVD that was rushed out, it was available for sale 3 days after the Nick premiere. I loved the movie when it was on Nick and I couldn't wait for the DVD because I wanted more information and more stuff. The DVD comes with a commentary done by Cosmo and Wanda, and a few behind the scenes specials. This DVD would have been perfect if it also included commentary by the writers and/or Butch Hartman, maybe behind the scenes of the actors who do the voices, or deleted scenes. And also where are the episodes of this show on DVD?? I would love seasons but compilation DVD's with lots of extras would be great too.

Summary: Really fun, just a little tamer than usual.
Review: Several of the Fairly Oddparents episodes that air on Nickelodeon include gags that are strictly aimed at adults. While that is also the case with Abra Catastrophe, it is not as evident. Add that with the abundance of action sequences, and you have a movie that's more clearly determined to please kids. Certainly there's nothing wrong with that. Abra Catastrophe is still great, in spite of my little objection. Within the first minutes of the movie we're in Timmy's mind and we get to see the terrible nightmare he's having. That section alone, and an unexpected cameo appearance (sorry, I'm giving no spoilers), are worth the money I paid for the DVD. Bear in mind that their unexpected and often shocking humor is more abundant within their regular series (the movie itself, however, is clearly made for TV; there's a brief fade-to-black between chapters, where commercials are placed.)

Summary: Great movie, false advertisement
Review: Since I love the Fairly Oddparents, I loved this movie. Even though the parodies at the beginning were kind of unnecessary (watching the commercials I thought it would be throughout the movie). But seriously, people shoudn't get upset about it not being released theatrically. The critics would hate it, and it probably wouldn't do well in the box-office anyway, plus it would've taken longer to make.
The reason I give this DVD 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the special features. The only storyboards you see are the ones for the song. And I was hoping that Butch Hartman would do the audio commentary, not Cosmo and Wanda! That would please the naive little kids but not someone who's interested in the making of a series/movie. The behind the scenes are crappy too. Still a good movie, though.

Review: The FOP TV series, like all the best cartoons, occasionally sneaks in something hilariously clever that you know the average child isn't going to "get". Anybody who saw what I call the "Where Is The Government Cheese?" episode knows what I'm talking about! I'm happy to say, this fine little movie continues the tradition, so if you're "all grown up", and watching it because, oh, let's say, you're stoned, and you want something easy on the mind, you just might find yourself rolling with awed laughter. Of course, that's occasional -- this IS a thing for kids, and if you can't appreciate it on that level, oh well. Likewise, the movie is every bit as, uh, "dynamic" as the series -- brash, loud, tinny -- you'll probably find yourself changing the volume constantly! (Unless you've got some nice EQ setup. Then, you may as well just turn the treble OFF.) It ain't The Simpsons . . . It ain't even Spongebob . . . but, I dare say, it's pretty damned good!
