Rating: Summary: Without Jamie Foxx, this movie would be awful Review: Jamie Foxx was the perfect pick for the role of 'Bunz.' He captures his personality perfectly and truly demonstrates why he is one of the funniest men alive. Tommy Davidson was funny but not as funny as we're used to seeing him, Vivica A. Fox was so so, and Tamala Jones was so so as well. Jamie Foxx carries this movie on his back and the whole condom aspect wouldn't be as funny had it not been for Jamie Foxx. A must see for Jamie Foxx fans!
Rating: Summary: Great Fun Movie Review: A fun movie whose portrayals are not to be taken seriously. There are many memorable scenes and lines. Jamie Foxx is at his best and for the most part, all the main characters do a good job. The scene where Jamie Foxx and Vivica Fox are speaking Chinese in the restaurant is classic. A great movie but the stereotypes are so over the top it sometimes feels like you're watching a cartoon.
Rating: Summary: Damn this is dumb Review: A pair of stupid men are anxious to get laid. A pair of girls are willing enough, and surprisingly supportive considering how amazingly stupid the guys are. They wrap themselves in plastic wrap as a form of birth control. This made you laugh? It's so dumb. Does dumb mean funny? I guess so, to some people. The point seems to be that no matter how stupid a guy is, he is entitled to get serviced by girls he isn't marrying. Yeah, okay, but where are the laughs?
Rating: Summary: Hillarious Review: Booty Call is one of the most hillarious movies I have seen in a long time. Every guy can relate to the lengths that the two guys go to in order to make good on their "booty call." Although it is definitely not PC (it manages to insult nearly every racial group, homosexuals, and religion), it actually promotes safe sex. Imagine that. The humor is crude and not for kids, but its "adult subject matter" is something all grownups can relate to.
Rating: Summary: Perfect comedic chemistry lead by Jami Foxx Review: Comedy is context specific and thus culturally bound, however "Booty Call" taps into universal themes about differences between guys and gals in terms of "us" vs. "them." It's a hoot! I don't like any other movies that get lumped into the same category of "Booty Call" with young black men sworn to "Get Some," but the chemistry between the characters, lead by Jamie Foxx, is so perfect. I would have loved to watch them making this film--there must be some hysterical outakes. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because it's a little too preachy on the "safe sex" message. Besides that message it's a perfect laugh riot.

Rating: Summary: A big old Sea Donkey Review: Follow two friends in this classic movie while they try to get laid. They spend the whole night trying to get the perfect condoms to make the night special for their ho-s but the crazy hijinks just never end. It's the biggest set of blues balls a movie could give anyone.
Rating: Summary: Guffaw fest Review: Forget the title. Forget the plot, though it's actually pretty amusing and not too over-the-top slapstick. Just sit back and watch Jamie Foxx work his magic. The man runs his mouth so fast and so funny, you'll lose it just trying to keep up with him. The whole cast squeezes out every possible laugh from the tight script. And watch for a great cameo by Bernie Mac, always entertaining.
