Summary: The best comedic, love story since "When Harry Met Sally"!
Review: I've seen Hav Plenty....5 times since New Year's 1999. It is a true to life love story that is captivating and beautiful. Cherot plays himself beautifully, and Maxwell is a seriously romantic homegirl. I highly recommend this movie for everyone!!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A truly hilarious love story.
Review: This movie was the funniest I've seen in quite a while. I suppose that fact that we are told it is a true story lends so much more to the humor. You will want to see Hav Plenty at least two or three times. It is unfortunate that the marketing budget wasn't bigger. This one is definitely worth the full price admission.

Summary: I LOVED IT!!!!!!
Review: I THOUGHT THE FILM WAS ORIGINAL AND I THOUGHT CHRISTOPHER CHEROT WAS GREAT (SEXY AS HELL)!! AS SOON AS I SAW IT I KNEW I HAD TO ADD IT TO MY COLLECTION. BUT I'LL DEFINATELY WAIT UNTIL THE PRICE DROPS. OLGA GIRL, IS THAT RESENTMENT I DETECT.

Summary: Very funny and fresh for the new millenium
Review: I thought this was a hilarious movie. The fact that all the actors were unknowns gave it a freshness and made it seem more like real life. I disagree with a previous reviewer it's not ONLY a chicks movie. The brothers can relate to this too. Nothing beats a love story that is funny... because love is funny. I highly reccommend.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Starts off slow, but a fantastic ending.
Review: Cherot deserves four(4) snaps up for this one. It starts off slow, picks up and then there is a fantastic ending. Definetly a chicks movie. The men in this movie are soooooo.... fine.

Summary: Plenty is Never Enough!
Review: Imagine my surprise when I went to rent this film for New Year's Eve and found out what a wonderful gem of a film this is. I have wasted no time in telling others of its romantic yet comical content, and how true to urban love lives this film stays. I previously slept on this film(meaning I never saw it in its original release) when it came out- maybe lack or type of advertising. However, in the genre of Love Jones, Hav Plenty reminds you of just the kind of machinations we all go through just to find the one we could spend the rest of our lives with; if we would only recognize and 'read the signs' as Hav's grandmother encourages her to do. Read the signs and buy this video (when the price goes down, of course).

Summary: highly recommend the film to all
Review: Christopher Cherot is extremely talented. Excellent sense of humor. A very sophisticated, funny story of a writer, extremely perceptive in his intuitive observations of the New Year weekend guests - their desires, motivations etc. The asides to the theater audience lend a sense of fun

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: this movie is clever and funny.
Review: The movie was different. chris cherot's approach is unique. his leading lady did'nt do as good a job as he did. overall, the story was heartwarmig. it seems that his meassage at the end of the movie is that he does'nt have all he want's. maybe in reality he want's the son he's never spent time with in real life.

Summary: This movie was so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: Hav Plenty was very funny and romantic and the same time. This producer, writer, and star in this movie-Chris Cherot is tremendously talented. I think that this is a " must see" for all those who love a good romantic-comedy.

Summary: Hav Plenty
Review: This is one of the top 10 WORST movies ever made. I was so disappointed, as were the 4 other people who watched it with me. It plots was weak, as were the characters and the actors. I literally could not give the tape away, so I left it in my doctor's waiting room.
