Summary: Insult to your intelligence
Review: Don't waste your time. Every 7 minutes, your intelligence is insulted.

Summary: Worth Watching Once for the Cut and Paste from good movies!
Review: For and "original work" how could the producers and director hope to get away with the "Cliffhanger", "Narrow Margin" and "A Long Kiss Goodnight" cut and paste scenes. These are not copies, these are the actual scenes from the movies, cut and pasted into this one. My son about fell out of his chair as we watched the plane and helicopter sequences, the chases and train sequenses, the semi truck sequences and climactic explosion that we had seen from other movies. He wanted to know if those actors got royalties off of this movie, especially Craig Berko who was clearly seen but not credited.

That aside, there were many cliche moments, some good lines, and some very bad dialog. But it was worth watching, especially with someone who does not know (or even one who does but hasn't yet seen it) about the cut and paste because it makes for a hilarious (absolutely unintended by the makers, I'm sure) movie experience and a great conversation after the movie among friends. I have never had such an experience before...

Summary: Rated one star cuz ZERO stars wasn't an option!!
Review: From the start this movie had all the making of a real bomb. The JetStar and DC-9 aircraft scenes were totally bogus. Treat Williams is a pilot, he should have know the flying scenes were bogus. Grizzly bears hibernate in winter. When it is 20 below zero water freezes, but it wasn't frozen in these scenes. Should have been a comdy.

Summary: COLLECTOR'S ITEM??? "Extreme Limits" of Recycled Footage!!!
Review: How could Fox legally make this movie? The plane tethering and crash sequences as well as the rescue helicopter shots are straight out of "Cliffhanger." As Treat Williams (or is it a substitute?) comes to the rescue, we switch to "Narrow Margin" footage. At this point, I was hoping that Gene Hackman might step in to save the day. Near the finale, we are given the great 18-wheeler roll and bridge explosion from "The Long Kiss Goodnite!" By now, not even cameos from Geena Davis or Samuel L. Jackson could save this film. The Tesla device was the only original idea - had it not been just a fantasy, we might be living in a very different world; without (to quote dialogue from the film) "new-kew-luhr" problems.
I think this DVD has a chance of becoming a collector's item in that it is SO, SO BAD. It will bring a great many hearty laughs to action film buffs! Buy a copy before it goes out of print!!!

Summary: A Great Comedy!
Review: I think the movie editors forgot to go over the film after shooting. The movie contains numerous technical errors and cliche dialogue that you find in most action movies. However, the movie is so bad, it's funny! Treat Williams hardly shows any emotion playing his U.S. agent character. Some of the explosion scenes in the movie, especially one at the end, are pretty cool. Oh, and don't bother reading the storyline summary on the back of the video box because most of it is incorrect!

Summary: A Great Comedy!
Review: If you're looking for an action movie, this film is a total train wreck. But once you get past the shock that you paid money to rent/buy this thing, it turns into one of the funniest movies Ive ever seen. Its hysterical- from the plot to the acting. You gets lines such as a dignified, famous author who uses all 50 cent words, saying of her deceased husband "I miss his ass". Another member declines a gun when leaving the plane saying "I wont wander far from the plane". Next scene, he's WAY off in the woods being eatten by a bear. As the rest of the characters watch on, someone says, heres the gun- go kill the bear, Treat says seriously "not now! hes feeding." I loved this film. Its perfect for mystery science theater 3000

Summary: Unbelievebale
Review: It is unbelievable that in this movie shots are taken from other movie and paste. The plane hijack and crash sequence is take from cliffhanger it is so clear, In between movie shots are taken from various movies. Length of this movie is @ 1hr & 32min. till up to 1hr 23min there nothing is happening but suddenly there is climax now again this is taking from gena Davis movie. I like to ask director & producer do you think people are full they will not come to know by using outher movie shots.

Don't even think of watching this move.

Summary: They don't crash in Alaska!!
Review: The video box says they crash in Alaska, but in the movie they say they are crashing near Tumbler Ridge, which is in British Columbia. They say it is North-North-East of Edmonton, but it is North-North-West. This movie is so full of holes!! The plane comes to a rest half off a cliff, but no other scene shows the cliff. They drive from B.C. to Niagara Falls for the (quite awesome) bridge scene, in a few hours. A guy falls several hundred feet during an avalanche, while moments before he was in a wooded valley. The snow comes and goes. People arrive out of nowhere. The bear eats two humans in as many days. The movie box also says it is a chemical weapon, but it is a mind controlled weapon, with what seems to be electro-magnetic parts. The only chemical is there to destroy the machine. This movie is a good one to watch to see how many holes you can find! It doesn't take much to find them. Treat must be nearing the end of his career.
