Review: It's an O.K. action story about gangs in L.A. and a priest who tries to help. There are some familiar character actors who make the movie worth seeing when you have nothing better to do. This movie was produced for distribution in theaters overseas but only for the rental market in the U.S. In 1995, I appeared as an extra in this movie, but I've never seen the final production because the price is a joke, and I've never been able to find it in any video store...
