Review: Ill be back, the famous words of one Arnold Schwarzenegger and he certainly didnt help with this film. Not only was Schwarzenegger his usual bad acting self but he decided once again to act in a bad film, with a bad plot, a worse screen play and pure direction. I couldnt wait until it was over. I believe that Arnold Schwarzenegger's career should die with a final Terminator as that was the one part he was able to play.

Summary: A movie you probly missed...
Review: This is a great Arnold flick. This movie got like no attation due to THE GRINCH being out. If your older then 10 and saw Grinch over this you missed a lot. This movie is about cloning and, my favorite, you get 2 Arnolds instead of one. The Whispercrafts are excellent and the plot is terriffic. A must see movie!

Review: I think Schwarzenegger's best acting to date is this film...Sure its got awesome explosions and butt kicking but it also has something I haven't seen in a Schwazenegger movie....ACTING.... An excellent plot too.I dont like Schwazenegger movies that much but this film has even suprised me......

Summary: Good for teens
Review: Maybe a 12 year old would like the concept of this movie - due to the twist in it. The ending left you hanging so much that if the sequel comes out - I will have to go and see it - no choice BACK TO THE FUTURE II - if you know what I mean.

Summary: Intriguing Sci-Fi Thriller
Review: Okay, let's get it out of the way right at the beginning: the "science" in this film is total fiction. I have no doubt that cloned humans are an inevitability--indeed, with some precautions I see that as a great benefit to mankind rather than the ultimate hubris that will likely bring his downfall. But regardless--cloning as shown in this movie is absurd, with "blanks" shorn of their DNA individuality that can be refined into adult people as diverse as Schwarzenegger or perhaps Gary Coleman in two hours. Likewise, the recording, reading, and transplanting of memory is not within our reach, and certainly not at instantaneous speeds through the eyes. Having ranted thusly and demonstrated my unwilling suspension of disbelief, though, I did enjoy The Sixth Day. Schwarzenegger is not my favorite action hero, but he has picked some interesting projects (such as Total Recall and Predator) that engage the mind while simultaneously disengaging it. He provides occasional relief from the relentless-dodging-buckets-of-bullets mindlessness so often seen. Indeed, in this movie there are very few bullets at all--instead Arnold ducks showers of sparks and laser beams. But he's doing it in the context of an interesting story that is fairly well written, well acted other than Arnie (Tony Goldwyn as a Bill Gates-esque villain was particularly good, as was Robert Duvall) with good special effects, cinematography and music. My criticisms of the movie are directed at the Hollywood mindset, which reared its ugly head too often. The ending just has to be happy, with all the loose ends neatly wrapped up; and I really abhor plotlines that introduce devices like the remote control for Arnie's helicopter (or Sigourney Weaver's robot loader in Aliens) so obviously that you want to shout at the screen "That's how he's going to save the day!" The music, by former Yes guitarist Trevor Rabin, is quite good and perfectly fitting. The DVD includes an isolated music track with Rabin's commentary. As a composer and Yes fan I was looking forward to that, but Rabin is practically inarticulate and is unable to offer any real insight into his own creative process. After about fifteen minutes I couldn't stand the inanity (on the order of "This is the 'Cloning' Theme. Um. I called it that because we use it on the cloning cues. Um. And you have to call it something."--okay, that's not a word-for-word transcript, um, but pretty, um, close.) The other extras worth a mention are the "RePet" commercials--kind of creepy, but you pretty much see it all in the film anyway. I wish the extras had had some extra...

Review: What a suprise. Too bad I didn't see this in the theater. I rented this the other day and was blown away. I am going to buy this tonight. I can't wait for Collateral Damage (his next movie)

Summary: 3 1/2 Stars - Average Arnold Movie
Review: There's no denying the movie is entertaining. An average action movie is much easier to sit thru than an average drama. I admit this movie is better than I expected, but I didn't expect that much. From reading the other reviews, you'll see that many people felt that this was a lot like "Total Recall", while some aren't facing the facts. The fact is that this movie has a lot in common with "Total Recall": a futuristic setting, the special efx, the scenario where Arnold is unsure of who he is and his world is turned upside down. The twist with this movie is that is does cover the topic of human cloning. It's an interesting concept, however the other reviews are stretching it when they call it a extremely thought provoking movie. The short of it all, is that it is an entertaining movie that is worth the rental. However, it doesn't stand out with "Terminator", "Predator", "True Lies", or "Total Recall" as one of his best ones. Unless you own all his movies I recommend you rent it before you decide to purchase.

Summary: Just another Anry flick.
Review: Interesting concept and fairly good idea, but Schwarzenegger is starting to show his age and you can tell he knows it to buy some of the scenes in the film, the DVD really lacked extras basicly it had none worth watching. With that amount of FX you'd think they would put a "Making of ..." on it. Over a clever film, but I wish I would have seen it before I bought it, I'd have ... right now or more likely a better movie. Schwarzenegger has done better and so has the film industries. It's watchable, but save your money and catch it on a movie channel real soon. 3 STARS and I'm being nice.

Summary: Arnolds back!
Review: In the not so distant future pilot Adam Gibson (Arnold Schwarzenegger) has been illegally cloned by the Replacement Technologies corporation owned by Michael Drucker (Tony Goldwyn). Shortly after they realize that they have cloned the wrong man and sent assasins to kill Adam and destroy the evidence. Soon he is caught up in a race to save not only himself but his family. I am sorry to say that I was one of the many who missed this film in theaters. I bought it as soon as it came out on DVD and was not disapointed. As with all Arnie movies the action scenes and special effects are excellent. Also all of the sets were awesome, had plenty of eye candy and cool gadgets. However it was two of the co-stars Robert Duvall and Tony Goldwyn whose performances stole the show. The DVD transfer is excellent and the picture and sound are top notch. There is an average amount of options like trailers (Final Fantasy, Hollow Man, Gattaca and The 6th Day), Talent Files and a RePet infomercial. But the DVD does not contain the 10 minute making of featurette listed above. All in all this movie a solid purchase for any sci-fi, action or Arnie collection.

Summary: Arnold should retire from the movies.
Review: Once again, Arnold plays a man who is robbed of his personal life by a clone and an evil coperation in this hollow movie which has become a standard formula for movies that Hollywood has used since Total Recall. It's really all action and weak script. The CGI effects look pretty bad and by the end of the film, you just don;t care if it's the real man or the clone that come out of it alive.
