Rating: Summary: not worth the time Review: This movie is not worth the time to watch. The plot is too common. It is like a remake of those movies in the past. Crawford as an actress? Forget it. She is better off as a model than an actress. She does not have any talents in playing a convincing role in a movie. She's better off using her looks to make her living by exposing herself in magazines and posters. In short, she does not know how to act.
Rating: Summary: IT SHOULD BE GIVEN FREE ! Review: This movie is so bad that it should not be sold, but given for free! Poor Crawford ("poor" is just a metaphora here..) tried her best to convince as an actress, but the result was so disppointing that herself quit her tries to make new movies. Baldwin tried all he could to give some credibility to the screenplay, but without succcess.
Rating: Summary: Decent movie, Horrible DVD Review: This movie isn't really that bad. Sure the plot is cheesy and the accents are horrible, but that's it. There is a couple of cool action sequences and some funny lines. The acting by Baldwin is alright, nothing spectacular; Cindy Crawford really surprised me though, for a supermodel her acting was real good, not oscar caliber but she was believable. Now the DVD. Horrible, first of all it is full frame; no widescreen at all. No trailers or extras, and the picture quality sucks. You should buy the vhs version and wait until they release a decent dvd for this. Fair Game the movie: 7/10 Fair Game the DVD: 1/10
Rating: Summary: amazing Review: Well, there was a nude scene, if we look at the good points. Oh, heck! It was impressively poor, so it can't be a dissappointment. I mean, what could you expect!
Rating: Summary: excellant, brilliant, wicked. Review: Who ever thought of putting the most beautiful girl in the world on film, cool idea if i do say so myself. Excellant because Cindy is in it.
Rating: Summary: Why be so negative? Review: Why are all those reviews so bad? Hell yeah, Cindy Crawford can't act, Baldwin looks like straight out of a baby oil commercial and Slma Hayek's appereance is something to be ashamed of. But let's face the facts: Who cares? The action is spectacular and you can defenitly enjoy the visual style of the director and since the producer was Joel "the Matrix" Silver, this piece of film has quite a lot of energy in it. Mark Mancina's beautiful music not to mention... Just turn off your brain and enjoy the images! Sometimes this is what movies are about...
Rating: Summary: 'Fair' Enough Review: William Baldwin, why? Cindy Crawford, yes! A tough cop has to protect a lawyer after she discovered a ship full of computer hackers. Got it? Good. Funny KGB dudes think they are imbosols after following a tapped cell phone into a pig farmer's truck. They grab the fat driver, throw him to the dirt and force him to open his truck where the cop and lawyer may be stashed. The driver says, "hey don't push, ok, ok, hello pigs." It was the funniest moment in the movie. You will burst an organ. Decent action scenes, Crawford running, what more do you want? Oh yeah, Salma Hayek is in the movie for about three minutes. Thankfully. Funny stuff.
Rating: Summary: Arguably one of the worst action films of the past decade. Review: Yes, Fair Game is that bad. With a cast headed by William Baldwin and Cindy Crawford, the acting will be at best atrocious, and when things are bad, it can get unwatchable. The action scenes are of decent choreography, but it doesn't generate any excitement. Considering the hoary material involved, that's basically sticking a fork into this movie.
Rating: Summary: 5 Stars For Camp-Value Alone! Review: Yes, it is true, this movie isn't very good, but Cindy! Aw, she's so cute and she's trying so hard. This movie is incredibly hilarious in the fact that it's not meant to be funny. The Russians' faux-accents, the tasty train scene, and Cindy's faux-acting add up to one campy good time. Let's open our minds, take a deep breathe and have a good laugh. As a comedy, this movie comes across exceptionally well. A+
Rating: Summary: Uh, did I mention the music score? Review: Yes, it's true that the story line was weak and the acting was NOT top notch. But, that wasn't what caught my attention. It was the opening and closing music theme. It still haunts me and is stuck in my mind. After I saw this movie the first time, I found myself humming the theme repeatedly for a week. And now, whenever I hear it while watching DirecTV, I stop whatever I'm doing to listen to the haunting melody - and I AM NOT easily impressed!
