Summary: A RODRIGUEZ MASTERPIECE
Review: Antonio Banderas is a cool Mariachi(Guitarist)/gun-slinger who is out to avenge the murder of his wife with the help of his friends and his Guitar case. Also starring Cheech Marin and Steve Buscemi who inject some humour into this great film. Rodriguez's use of the camera is very unique which puts a different perspective into the viewers mind, the use of the slow motion,smart dialogue and the latin-american music makes this a must see film.

Review: Without question, Robert Rodriguez made a sequel to El MARIACHI that looks exactly like a John Woo movie. Antonio Banderas blasts away at the bad guys with two 9MM pistols in each hand. Thousands of ammunition rounds are fired. An unbelievable number of people are killed in the shootouts, and blood is sprayed all over the place. And it all takes place in Mexico.

Review: "Don't talk - just shoot" is the best way to describe this movie. While the dialogue leaves some to be desired, the gun fights were nothing short of spectacular.

Review: This is film has a very dark feel, but it is one of my favorites of all time. Despite its dark subject matter, it has an exciting and very intersting story line. Banderas puts in a fine performance as do all of the other actors. Salma Hayek is interesting and appealing as the main female character in the film. I recommend this film to anyone who enjoys a good movie, with a strong plot and great acting as well. Please don't let your kids watch this movie though because it results in a whole lot of explaining and rationalizing to the children.

Review: Those who don't get this movie have failed to understand that it is not a serious movie. It ain't Shakespeare, so don't compare it to other movies with deep plots. That's not what Desperado is about. This movie is all about having a good time. The visuals are great, the audio fantastic, and the cameo from Tarantino had me rolling on the floor. If you are looking for pure entertainment, Desperado is for you.

Review: The Desperado! Hero or villan? Advenger or mass murderer? However you choose to judge him you cant deny the movie is wild and exciting with a truely handsome star that is a joy to watch. Can you count how many he kills to advenge the murder of the woman he loved? Filled with gun fights, humor and romance, it really holds your attention every second! I love it!!!
