Summary: Trash!
Review: This was one of the worst movies I have ever had the displeasure of watching. The acting was stilted, the scripting was the worst in decades, and the story itself wasn't even interesting. With a cast such as this, one could expect more. But you might be holding your breath till the end of days....Spare yourself the trouble of even turning on your VCR/DVD player. Go for a walk instead. It would be infinately more worth your while.

Summary: Bad....REAL BAD
Review: One reviewer said "Typical Hollywood Action Crap" and he/she is exactually right. The ONLY thing this movie had going for it is Arnold Schwarzenegger but even he can't save a piece of garbage like this. I got this movie a long time ago, but I never had time to watch it because I was too busy but I was always looking foward to seeing it. When I finally watched it I felt stupid for wasting my time watching this. I tried my hardest to give this movie a chance will I was watching it but I just couldnt get into it, everything just sucked. Even Arnold's acting and action scenes were sub-par compared to his other movies. On top of that the ending was just awful and corny. While on some movies I can't say enough good things about, I can't say enough bad things about this one. Acting - terrible, characters - terrible, storyline - terrible etc etc. I can go on and on but now I will just give this film a 2. One star because of Arnold Schwarzenegger. The other star is because I have to give at least one star. Do NOT waste your money on buying this one, I guess if you ignore my warning and still want to see it, Please just pay 5 bucks and rent it. DO NOT BUY IT.

Summary: Entertaining but too bold a topic to spend a couple of hours
Review: Arnold Schwarzenegger in the role of Christ. He is tempted by the devil and gives his life to save the world. The movie seems to be a collection of stunts with a basic screenplay that has ideas lifted from various places. However, the movie succeeds in entertaining and one shouldn't expect much more than that.

Summary: AMAZING VIDEO
Review: This is a really amazing film! The movie thrills you from beginning until the end! Gabriel Byrne sets down a fabulous role, which only proves again he's one of the best actors in Hollywood. If you wouldn't know better, you'd believe he's the devil in person! Really great film!

Summary: Not Arnold's Best Stuff but not his worst!
Review: End of Days is not one Arnold's better movies but it isnt his worst either. This movie's story is the problem as its just doesnt work as well as it should. What saves this movie from being a complete dud, is the fantastic special effects which can easily stand up to any of Arnold's past films. Gabriel Byrne is great as the Devil, Robin Tunney is good as Christine. Kevin Pollak and Arnold's characters were not developed enough to make this film work.

As far as the DVD goes, if you liked this film, you will love the DVD. This thing is loaded with extras including 2 music videos, one with Everclear and another with Rob Zombie. There is also interviews with the entire cast, a feature commentary with director Peter Hyams, a nice section that shows how they did all of the special effects, and an excerpt from the Book of Revelation upon which this movie's story was loosely based.

Overall, this movie rates a 3 but the DVD rates a 5 due to all of the extra's. Arnold fans shouldnt miss this one!!

Review: I can't say any more than that....

Summary: Beginning of a Daze
Review: First off, Arnold Schwarzenegger was grossly miscast in this devilish thriller. This is the kind of role a seasoned ACTOR as opposed to a personality should have inherited. Someone like Harrison Ford or even Tom Hanks. Poor Arnold goes through the movie like someone is prompting him to act "scared," "tense," "angry," etc. There are a lot of plot holes, and how can they make us afraid of a devil who comes across as pretty stupid! Gabriel Byrne does try to make him evil, and succeeds in many scenes. I had to wonder, though, why the Devil just didn't go ahead and either kill Arnold early on, or go ahead and inhabit his body and save the expense of another actor. When the devil finally does possess Arnie, there is no real sense of menace anymore. Somehow the showdown at the end should have had Byrne still intact and watch him turn into the fabulously designed demon. This is a brisk and entertaining movie, with some really stunning action sequences and great special effects. Rod Steiger is a great puppet in his role, and Robin Tunney looks good, but seems too immature for the role. Overall, not one of Arnie's best, but you could do a lot worse.

Summary: This movie will be the End of Your day!
Review: To sum things together, This Movie Sucks a lot something i don't feel like saying. The story is not all that bad but the story is still pretty weak. Some things don't make to much sense either like on the dead body of a man it says "Christ In New York", and immediantly after that Arnold makes it out to be "Christine York" and they instantly find the girl they need to protect. Now how do they get that clue so quickly and where did the "w" go when they did find out that clue. After hearing it was a good movie by some people I was pretty disapointed. Next is that it isn't very interesting. A guy cuts out his tounge and can still speak to tell them that the end is coming? Why did they do that? What were they trying to prove then? That when you cut out your tounge its still visible? Look Closely and he still has his tounge when like 30mins later he doesn't and how could he go back and cut it out when he was in the hospital? The movie was really bad and didn't live up to high standards and its too predictable.
