Summary: Striking Cast and Excellent plot-- not to be missed!
Review: Jean Reno, Gary Oldman, and especially Natalie Portman render a stunning tale of a small girl's ( Portman) revenge desire against the corrupt cop ( Oldman) that murdered her family and the stoic yet bashful hitman ( Reno) that takes her under his wing. All the performances are moving especially Portman whom, at just 12 years old, captures not only the tragedy of the character's life but moves the audience to tears.

Review: There is NO other movie ever with such talented actors or film makers than this one. I have seen this movie so many times and am always glued to the seat and amazed at such a stylish and rich story with the most expressive artists to ever hit the screen. Five stars are not enough. Luc Besson has crafted a masterful piece of art. Jean Reno never fails in his performances and I have never seen a more fantastic actress than the young Natalie Portman. I look forward to more of their work. Bravo!

That is all there is to say, a man who is greatly revered in his home country has created another masterpiece, using his in depth knowledge of light and fluid motion that he no doubt learnt diving as a child, with his parents who were both diving instructors. Review: How can i describe this..INTENSE. Gary Oldman is wonderful but it;s Natalie Portman who totally steal the show. OK, she's cute but also sick. She's the best teen starlet i've ever seen,kicked the asses of those Love Hewitts or Kathy Holmeses. the movie itself is great, comparable to John Woo's action masterpiece "The Killer" The chemistry between Jean Reno, Portman, and Oldman are brilliant! One of the best movie ever, undoubtly!

Review: An interesting and endearing film revolving around the unlikely match-up of a professional killer and a beautiful young girl with some MAJOR family problems. Jean Reno does a wonderful job of under-acting as the cold, stony "hit-man" who is unwittingly and unwillingly dragged into the troubles of a young innocent whose life is about to be ruined by some crooked cops. These two produce such magic on screen together, that you can almost forgive Gary Oldman his psychotic over-acting as the prime bad-guy. The action scenes are both original and believable: genuine edge-of-the-seat stuff. Director Luc Besson finds a nice balance between the drama of human interaction and the fast-paced action of a great thriller.
