Review: One of the better Nick Cage movies. Viewer friendly and has Dave Chapelle in a great role!! This one beat the pants off of Air Force One. Malkovich does a very convincing job, so does Buscemi. It brings the best out of John Cusack. Absolutely amazing, even though helicopters can't go near the speed of an airplane :) Action Action Action!

Review: A fantasticly overblown action flick aimed for those particular people who just like to sit back and enjoy the ride (or flight). Con Air has so many things in its favour - brilliant stunts, an incredible cast, some top one-liners and the whole spectical of the film. OK the plot's pretty thin - but never mind, get cosy, relax and as the marketing people say "Buckle up"!

Review: O.K. so the plot was thin, I'll grant you that, but, if you love action, romance, and Nic Cage, plus John Cusack, this is THE movie for you. I loved it so much! I took my parents to see it, my friends, my parents friends... anyone that would go with me I took to see this AWESOME show. I'm an 18 year old female, but I still loved it. I'm a huge John Cusack fan, and love Nic too. I even, yes, I'm ashamed to admit it, I cried at the end. Call me a sucker for happy endings... But if you want to see a great movie, without having to do a whole lot of brain work, and just want something fun... Then again I say, this movie's for you!

Review: I loved the movie! It was the best action I had seen for a very long time, I dont like actions that much, but ConAir surprised me a whole lot! It was just great, one of my favorite here in the last few years.

Review: Con-Air was a great film. Jerry Bruckheimer did another great job on this movie, like in his others. This film was great for a lot of reasons. First of all, the cast couldn't have been any better. The well written screenplay made this movie a great success. The actors portrayed their parts very well, especially Nicolas Cage, who I might add is my favorite actor. John Malkovich had those lines in there that made you hate him, which is the whole point. He uses the correct tone and facial expressions, and I feel that credit goes to the great director for that. Great explosions, and outstanding effects. The storyline was well done, not to mention the fact that the topic was original and well-thoughtout. I like action movies anyway, and this one definitely on my scale got a ten the moment after the movie ended. On the scale here it changes to five stars, which fits Con-Air perfectly. The cast, directing, dialogue, producing, and effects made this movie the great one that it is. It is on my top 10 of best action movies, and on my top 20 of best movies of all time. It was not only action, it had a little drama story in it, and the end brought tears to my eyes. I loved this movie and I absolutely idolize Nicolas Cage for his great skill in acting. Even though this was only his second action movie, he did a great job, which proves that he is an outstanding actor. Con-Air is a great action flick that everyone should see, even if they don't normally like action movies.

Summary: A total action-blasting flick. Neat.
Review: This is a film for rental only really, because once you seen it, that's it.Having said this this must be one of the most enjoyable action films I have even seen, alongside Face/Off.Basicly a Seal (Cage)comes home to bar to visit his wife, the going gets rough and someone dies.The Seal (Poe-played by Cage) gets thrown into the slammer for a few years and then returns home, on a plane where his nightmares begin. The acting is well done amongst the enemy, especially Malovich (Cyrus the Virus). John Cusak plays the good cop who is the only person who belives that Poe(Cage) is helping them when the plane goes into turnmoil, not helped by the fact that his rival wants to blow the plane to kingdom come. Con Air also has a song to die for, How Do I Live Without You, it fits his scene perfectly(it got nominated for a Oscar) when Cage returns to his wife, at long last. Whatever anyone says about it being racist, so what? Just ingnore it.The films lack of solid plot prevents it from the magical five stars, that aside it's a brilliant action-packed film. Watch it.
