Review: I recently purchased a 100pcs of 52X 80min CD-R from Yesbuy.net (Promedia of Irwindale). On top of the stack 3 pcs were broken. 3 were missing parts of the aluminum readable surface. Through the pile initially 70% of the discs were usable. I just threw them away. In the last 50 discs after a month of recording) I found that 90% discs were unreadable. The yield was 60-55 good pieces. The supervisor of customer service refused to credit me for the 40% (conservative estimate) that I lost. Their offer was 10% discount on the next order. They said that was all they could do since I could not send the disc that I threw away. I figured after losing time burner disc that were no good and wasting time mailing (+ cost) back what weren't thrown in the trash, it wasn't worth the time.
I would have been satisfied if they offered to ship a portion of replacement discs to me. Unfortunately it was against their policy. In my opinion, if you are making a decision to buy from Yesbuy.net or Promedia, don't expect quality or a company to stand behined the product. Lesson learned.
