Summary: The Incredible Hulk & Comic Book Reviewer
Review: I read comics before when I was little and I remembered that the Hulk is supposed to save people, but not kill them. I like the scene when he jumps from a far distance, that would be my airplane ticket in case I get stuck in the airport. I like Spiderman the most because it shows Spiderman more, which the character is already turning into Spiderman. That is pretty cool because that has been in the comic book before. These producers are getting images from the comic books to put them in movies, just to see how it really was from the comic books. I read comic books and never understood the action. So, I bought Spiderman and the Hulk for the real action. What is missing from Spiderman is Shocker and the rest of the bad guys. X-Men are the same way, which I know every character in the group. I wonder if they are going to remake Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles again. It would be a cool movie to see them back in action. The Flash, Wonder Woman, and Superman should also make a comeback.

Summary: Marvel/Universal; a so-so movie deal.....
Review: The Hulk was an interesting film in a couple of ways. Not only did it show that comics are more translateable to the movies then anyone thought possible, it also showed how good or not so good, a relationship Marvel Entertainment has with Universal Studios. All the time that this movie was in production, Universal tried to promote it as much as possible. But it was not to the extent that 20th Century Fox did for the X-Men movies.
I think Universal has always had a bit of a problem promoting the summer movies in as effective a manner as Fox does. End result; The Hulk was successful enough that they are doing a sequal, and it is a good movie. But I think Marvel is starting to look more and more toward 20th Century Fox when it comes to new film deals, because they can make the movies better and give them the resources and promotion they need.

Summary: SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: First, worse superhero movie since Power Rangers The Movie. Second thing is the movie made me very nausius becasue they were contsatly splitting the screens in more then three views at a time. Third, They made a mivie made for kids WAY over dramatic. Fourth, In SPider-man after 10 mins Peter is already turning into spiderma. In Hulk it took like 45 mins for bruce just to get exposed to radiation. Fifth, HUlk looked WAY to cartoony. Sixth, There was not enough hulk smash. And finally, I couldn't wait to leave the theater. HUlk was disapointment.

Summary: Great Comic to Film Movie
Review: I went to see it twice in the movies, it was great and very true to the early comics of the Hulk, I liked it so much that I hope they make it a trilogy.

Summary: It's not as bad as people say that it is
Review: I don't know why everyone hates "The Hulk" so much. Hulk was a pretty good movie. It was weird but it was pretty good. The story was good, the acting was good and the effects were (forgive the pun) incredible.

The Hulk was great to watch because we would all like to do what he does deep down when we are mad. It is a nice fantasy because we would all like to let go and show how we feel the way the Hulk does. The Hulk is a nice metaphor for the animal in all of us and the film is worth seeing since it makes you think of what it would be like to be more open with your feelings even if they may be dark in some way.

Nick Nolte is the only downer in this film. He goes too far with his odd performance. His fate is also sort of lame.

The Hulk is not the best comic book movie out there but it is worth your time if you like to think about the way that we face our Demons in the end.

Summary: Magnificent!!!!!!!!
Review: I had to write a review in defense of this movie. I thought "The Hulk" was a brilliant movie. In fact, I thought it was an exact representation of the torment of The Hulk character.
I have grown up with the comic book, then the 70's TV show, and finally all the cartoon adaptations that have been done. This movie was made for many people. The "true believers" who have been there since the beginning, like myself, might have been dissapointed in the change. I thought it was an attempt to bring all the people in that had not followed the hulk since it's inception and give them a "real" reason as to why Bruce Banner does not die after being bombarded by Gamma rays. The key to comic book movies is to make the person watching that this can happen in reality. That what is actually happening on that big screen can happen right outside once the lights come up, and you are looking for your keys in the parking lot. When they are set in a fantastical world, such as maybe "Batman and Robin", Though very artful, it almost gives it that "this is fake" feeling. The movies that have alwasy gotten to me are the ones that really show that human side. The hulk is a monster who is essentially a child in their "very terrible twos". Ang Lee showed this side while also showing the great strength and power of the hulk.
So, in closing, I say buy this DVD. Don't expect anything. Just watch with an open mind. The movie is well done and very much an Ang Lee vision. the background story and the locations are beautiful. And last but certainly not least, the special effects are phenomenal. There are a few moments where you think, "they could have spent a smidge more time on that scene making the hulk look good". But overall, an incredble representaion of an incredible hulk.

Summary: AWESOME!!
Review: I don't know what other movie theater everybody else too, but I had a blast with the Hulk Movie. I admit it's a little slow at the beginning, but once Bruce turned into the Hulk, I was hooked. The special effects are a nice touch and the sound was perfect. By the end of the movie I was on the edge of my seat, wanting to see if there was more. I recommend this movie to everyone!

Summary: Almost so bad, it was good
Review: I went into the theaters knowing this movie would be terrible, and good lord was it ever! They spend way too much time in the movie acting like we dont already know what is gonna happen. The movie would have been much better if it had focus more on Bruce and his dad than tring to be suspensfull.
And sure the graphics were great, but did they have to let the Hulk jump so high and far that he practially flies?
This movie might amuse children who dont know what a good movie is, but it wont hold up to more mature minds. It is just pure rubish.

Summary: Hulk - The American Nightmare
Review: Oedipal powerhouses light a dim grey horizon, as Bruce Banner wrestles inner demons with dad in a glowing protoplasm. This, to me, was the haunting central image of "The Hulk", a brooding parable about blood-stained sheets, Mom and Dad doing the rumpy-pumpy in the bedroom of your mind. Opulent splendor and primal character drives is what Ang Lee is all about. But the American public craved mindless violence. This being said, the mutated dogs were all bark and no bite. But Nick Nolte's Mephistophelian
patriarch scores a noirish home run, making this film the perfect antidote to the zippy, pop feel of "Spiderman". But Willem Dafoe is always the bomb.
