Review: "The Mask of Zorro" is one of the best films that I've ever seen yet. It has lot of romance, swordfighting, and humour. My favorite part is a scene when Antonito Benderas and Catherine-Zeta Jones had a duel against each other. They keep cutting clothes of each other, and when Jones' cloth was dropped after being cut by Benderas' sword and then it shows exposure of Jones' body, I mmediately said out aloud, "Touche!" This is incredible and unforgetable; a legend in the making, no doubt. Hence, I give it Two Thumbs Up!

Review: this is what movies are all about...pure entertainment, and the ability to transport one to another time and place. the mask of zorro harks back to the grand epics of the 30's and 40's when movies were fun. this is a movie the whole family can watch ( unfortunately there is one brief scene of men's butts exposed ) and enjoy together. the stunts are amazing, and the sword fights are exhilarating! the dvd quality is stunning. once again columbia has released a perfect transfer. they don't get any better than this. for sheer enjoyment, run out and get this must have disc!

Review: This was a wonderful film to watch, and it is extremly funny. The punch lines are great, and there is plenty of action for those people who loved to be thrilled. The Mask of Zorro was a wonderful video which I think everyone should watch.

Summary: An example of what Hollywood once was and can be again.
Review: This picture is the most spectacular movie, second only to "Braveheart", that I have ever seen. The swordplay and dashing heroes are a testimony to the great classics of the 30s. Banderas conveys the persona of Zorro as a Mexican Errol Flynn to perfection, and Sir Hopkins is without question one of the greatest living American actors existing today. The highlight of the film, however, is the masterful swordplay. A little known fact is that the man who fenced as Darth Vader in the Star Wars movies trained Banderas and Hopkins with a sword, with which both the actors performed their own swordfights. In my opinion, any movie from which you can leave the theater and hold a higher respect than you did when you entered for all the men and women involved in it is a movie that shows what Hollywood can produce when it puts some effort into it.

Review: Wow! The Mask of Zorro is undoubtably one of the best films of the year! With no bad language and no innapropriate scenes, the whole family can watch it. It is full of action-adventure and humor that will make you want to watch it again and again.

Review: One of the well made movies of recent times (after 'Titanic'!!!) without giving much focus to computer graphics. The screenplay is swift and keeps the viewer busy admiring it. It 's really wonderful to watch Sir Anthony Hopkins who steals the limelight in the initial part of the film. Later Antonio Banderes and Catherina-Zeta_Jones acted superbly and director Martin Campbhel did a great job!! May be for Indian cinema viewers, the climax is a bit familiar!! On the whole, Zorro is back . Any guess over another sequel of the Great Zorro?

Review: What is most enjoyable about this movie was it was a no-brainer, old-fashioned escapist entertaining adventure flick. While there might be some critisim on content and there were a few moments where the movie could had move at a more brisk pace, the overall effect was it was fun to watch. I did compare it to other Zorro movies as is natural and same elements that were in the other versions,do exist in this latest version. The photography is vivid and the sound track is rousing and this movie is recommend for anyone who just enjoy movies for the enjoyment that movies can give.

Review: This movie creates a new blended film genre: the "action adventure date movie". My wife and all of her female friends loved it. For romance, passion, and the triumph of good over evil, it's hard to beat.
