Summary: Big, big fun
Review: Die Harder is one of my favorites. There is a lot lot lot of action and thrill, but it doesn't take itself too seriously. There are also a lot of laughs.

Summary: Good sequel, but not as good as the first. 3 1/2 stars.
Review: Bruce Willis returns as NYC/LA cop Lt. John McClane who is in the worng place at the wrong time again. This time it at Washington D.C.'s Dulles International Airport waiting for his wife to get in from in L.A. on a snowy Christmas eve. This time terrorists take over control of the airports control tower. They are wating for a Cuban prisoner flying in later that night that they want released. They threaten to crash planes if their demands are not met. McClane races around trying to save the day again as incoming planes that are running out fuel circle the airport, one of which contains his wife Holly. There is some good action and it has a good plot, its just not as good as Die Hard. Don't get me wrong though, still a good addition in the series and I still reccomend it. Features the same format as 1. Returing cast includes John's wife Holly, Lt. Powell, and the newscaster who got belted one by Holly at the end of 1. Rated R for violence, profanity, and some nudity.

Summary: One of the best action movies of the early 90's
Review: "Die Hard 2: Die Harder" was one of the first great action movies that started the 90's off in a fast pace, and it still stands up well. John McClane (Bruce Willis) is a police detective who is waiting for his wife to arrive at the airport. Once he finds out that there is a dangerous terrorist in the airport that he's in, he must do something before too many people get killed. But it won't be easy, first he has to convince the other cops, including one that he had an earlier conflict with, of this terrorist's dangerous tricks.

I like all three of the "Die Hard" movies, but if I had to choose a favorite, I would choose "Die Hard 2" because it has some of the best action sequences I've ever seen and it kept me on the edge of my seat more than the other two did. So what if the story is choppy in parts? I like action movies the best, and "Die Hard 2" is non-stop action from the start. If you like great action movies, I recommend getting "Die Hard 2: Die Harder."

Summary: "Man them fumes are "FIESTY"!
Review: I DID like this film, like one of the other reviewers says, "it's a good rainy day video". However, did anyone else notice a GLARRING error in the plot? Noooo, NOT the pay phone thing. When the terrorists deliberately crash that airliner by messing with the instruments so the pilot thinks he's higher than he actually is, the plane crashes in a HUGE confligration of fire. Um, 'scuse me but....THERE'S NO FUEL ON THE FREAKIN' PLANE! That's why the pilot INSISTS on landing, because they're flying on "fumes"! Check it out.

Summary: The King of Modern Action Spectaculars
Review: Easily the best of the trilogy. The big daddy of em all, y'all. A masterpiece. Anyone who questions Mr. Willis' acting abilities is advised to revisit the "I was pretty goddamn useless" scene. The Die Hard movies are all notable for promoting racial decency, in that each film McClane is helped by a black man (Reginald VelJohnson in the first, Samuel L. Jackson in #3, and Art Evans here). And then there's the equal opportunity casting of the film's villains, in which John Amos shakes that "Good Times" image for good. William Sadler is the best Die Hard villain of them all. Not only does the sequel top the original, it annihilates it!

Summary: Good movie; some unnecessary parts
Review: The action in Die Hard 2 blew me away - especially the ending. However I find the part of the nosy reporter unnecessary. It seems like it was just useless filler. The beginning, to me, was very slow and sluggish. However, I am also a person who likes to get straight into the plot. This movie is especially for you if you like well-developed action; however, don't stray from if if you're like me; i'm sure you'll still find it enjoyable.

Summary: Better than the first film
Review: If you ask me I think that "Die Hard 2" is vastly superior to the first film, the main reason being it has more action, the first film had a few shootouts and that was it. While the first film had a much stronger story than this film, this film is better directed than the first one.

Summary: You the wrong man, at the wrong time, at the wrong place.
Review: The first was better, but still five star quality.
