Summary: Jet Li's BEST MOVIE!
Review: 'Tai Chi Master'(1993) stars Jet Li (Junbao), Chin Sui Ho (Tienbao) & Michelle Yeoh (007's Tomorrow Never Dies). Great, great film! Incredible fight scenes! Swordsplay, Pole, Spear & Tai-Chi! Awesome stuff from Jet Li & Michelle Yeoh in their only film together. Li and Chin play young shaolin monks, inseperable from each other. One (Li as Junbao) is kind-hearted & content, the other (Chin as Tienbao) is self centered and ambitous. Tienbao's ambition leads to their expulsion from the Temple & their drastically altered fates in the new society. This is a story of friendship and betrayal, with a factual basis in the history of Zhang San Feng - the founder of TAI-CHI. Li and Chin take different paths, seperated by their values & beliefs. Chin hooks up with the local eunuch's militia and rises to power. Li joins a rebel group fighting the government. Their fate is now sealed, leading to an ultimate battle of good vs evil. Michelle Yeoh plays a rebel, who is great in limited action. Great story, cast & powerful action. A MUST BUY!

Review: very good action, but as all the Martial Art movies being released they need a english dubbed sound track with all the room they have available on them.

Summary: I've watched this movie easily over 100 times!
Review: This is definately one of the best martial arts movie I've ever seen (the other ones were also by Jet Li). Too bad Jet Li's english isn't good enough to enter the American market (yet hopefully), because he would monopolized the market and amateurs like Van Damme would be unemployed.

Summary: This is one of the best martial arts flims I have seen yet.
Review: This movie shows the amount of creativity and relentless action you will see when you put Yuen Wo Ping and Jet Li together. With brilliant fight coriography by Yuen Wo Ping and expert exicution by Let Li this one will be hard to top.

Summary: One of Jet Li's best
Review: If you are not a Jet Li fan watch this movie, and you will see why he is one of the best. I highly recommend this movie.

Summary: Good, but not great
Review: Unfortunately, though this movie was fun, it wasn't as good as Jet Li's Fist of Legend. The martial arts were great, but the goofy choreography got kind of annoying after a while. However, Tai Chi Master wasn't half as goofy as either Fong Sai Yuk, which is a good thing. Overall, this is a very good movie, with lots of great fight scenes, but in the end its value is diminished by the excessively unrealistic choreography.
