Summary: BENEATH THE SURFACE, THERE IS A HERO IN ALL OF US
Review: After discovering that is partners are invloved in child pornography, a young boy escapes to Bronx, along with his sister. After arriving there, they take shelter in an apartment owned by Tony (Mario Van Pebles - "New Jack City"/ "Posse"), whi is an ex-con artist. Meanwhile, when the parents discover that their two children are missing, they offer a reward for their return. Although Tony initially wants to profit from the sisuation, his plans change after the kids win his heart.
