Summary: bad
Review: I'm a big fan of Jennifer Jason Leigh, but this movie was SOOOOOO SLOOOOOWWW. I can't believe that everyone who read the script didn't fall asleep before finishing it. The story could have literally been told in 10 minutes!! And they drag it over 2 hours!! And the direction is so labored. I ended up fast-forwarding through most of it, and it STILL took too long to end. This may be the slowest movie I've ever seen in my life.

Summary: Jason Patric is amazing!!!
Review: I've never seen such a realistic performance. Jason Patric gave the performance of his career.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Dark and disturbing
Review: Intense, riveting look at the heroin business, as cops Patric and Jason-Leigh get sucked into their under cover roles. Look fast for Greg Allman as a smack dealer. But be warned, this movie has got some real unhappy moments!!!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: An Excellent Film
Review: Jason Patric and Jennifer Jason Leigh star as two undercover narcotics officers who become lovers and addicts while trying to catch a suspected drug lord. Brilliantly acted, (particularily by Jason Patric) Rush is a wonderful film, though not easy to watch.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Jason Patric's performance is a true rush!
Review: Jason Patric is very good at what he does. He is very convincing as an undercover officer. Jennifer Jason-Leigh is very overrated. The cast of character actors are very good at being afraid, and the soundtrack seems pretty right for the mood - dark.

This is definitely not for kids, but a good chick flick in many ways.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Rush is a rush
Review: Patric and Leigh are great as the undercover cops and their chemistry is great. Patric also plays an undercover cop later in 2002 in Narc with Ray Liotta and Busta Rhymes. Max Perlich(Drugstore Cowboy, Cliffhanger) does a great job as well. an addictive time

Summary: RUSH is GREAT!!
Review: RUSH is sexy, fun and believable. It is everything that the recent SALTON SEA should have been. Interesting and human characters on the wrong side of the tracks and their very credible dilemnas about being their.
It also has Gregg Allman looking all sexy.
RUSH is definately a must own for crime film buffs.

Summary: Rush..... to buy this video!
Review: Rush, a movie of drugs, undercover agents who fall in love, and more. This movie is extremely slow moving, but it is worth every second of it! Actor Jason Patric and actress Jennifer Jason Lee, capture you, the viewer into the world of undercover drug dealing and being on the run. As they get addicted, you get "addicted" to the movie. Wish it was on DVD. I own the original VHS with the original cover, the cover is changed, so....beware...this could be your last opportunity..so Rush to get Rush...Eric Clapton does the amazing soundtrack to this film which is still available,"Tears in Heaven"(original non-live version)comes from this movie. The song describes the ending...which i won't give away for the sake of my respect to the Amazon company. So, you've seen professional reviews and regular reviews, now RUSH..!!!!!!!!!

Summary: "Quarter pound"?
Review: Set late in 1974 this movie takes place in the fictitious town of Catterly, Texas. Greg Allman owns the bars in town and seemingly everyone wants to get high. Guys on Harleys are even sharing a joint in front of one of Allman's establishments near the beginning. Patric is an undercover agent from Montana with Leigh being the new recruit who wants to "make a difference". Sam Elliot supplies them with cash to buy drugs. Patric likes getting high "too much". He probably does more drugs than everyone else in the show combined. Patric and Leigh find out they're more like the people they're going to bust than the ones they're working for. Still, this is a good movie. Jennifer Leigh does some great acting. You watch her go from a green recruit to someone who sees both sides and doesn't want to be on either one. Walker, their first bust, seemingly drives Patric over the edge. He can't stand the guilt he feels for busting him. Actually based on a true story, the ending is grim, but its hard to anticipate a "happy" ending anyway.
