Summary: 1 of the MOST original car-action movies!
Review: Wow....you need to see this movie to beleive it! The races are incredible and ferverishly fast! All the camerawork is artistic and has an intense coolness to it. The only thing is that this movie plays rice rocketz like they're world (they are) but the Asian characters are the bad rival gang. Pshaw... Anyway, the cinematography is the best in it's genre and the acting's suprisingly fresh. But the races, just plain AMAZING! Blazing fast cars and camera work with incredible car dynamics and stunts. You will see some of the nicest, most powerful cars in this movie too. Only try to see it in surround sound (preferable DTS 6 channel) as the roars of the engines, squealing tires, everything needs to be heard (loudly) all around you for a movie like this. The only other movie that comes close in comparison is the HK (hong kong) racer flick by Andrew Lau: "The Legend of Speed" starring Ekin Cheng. Definetly check it out if you like F&F!

Summary: Could this be any more awful ?
Review: I really tried to take this movie at face value (i.e. "it's a street rod racing film with low-grade actors..don't expect much") but even with that mind-set, this was awful.

Ok, Vin Diesel, cool guy, but his character in this is so cliche it almost hurts to watch him try to breathe any life into it.

And that plot ? Hello..did we all miss Point Break so badly, and need to see street racing so much that we had to remake that film ? Point Break was a fun film, but The Fast and The Furious was an awful take on the same concept.

And the cars ? They weren't even that good/cool. The racing sequences were a joke. They were mostly shot on a bluescreen, as can be attested to by how so many shots are done inside the car, and the streets are always a "Star Trek Warp Speed" blur.

I thought "maybe I'm just not enough of a racing fan to enjoy this", but even my friend, who lives and dies by any kind of speed freak racing was unimpressed with this movie.

And hey..there was only one semi-attractive woman in the whole thing !

Summary: I Don't Own a Civic and I Liked It
Review: I am not a 'tunerhead,' 'gearhead,' or anything else that is associated with street racing. I really liked this movie however, and the review about it being like Point Break is correct. The plot line is the same but it is based on much cooler stuff. How many people can relate to surfing? How many can relate to suped-up cars on their streets? At first I didn't want to go see it because I thought I would be surrounded by Civics with funny blue lights in the parking lot, but after getting over my apprehension I loved the flick. All ages (ok, maybe not Grandpa) will like this movie.
Vin Diesel is one of the hottest actors of the past few years, and for good reason. His part in the movie was right on for him. Plus the chicks are hot (who cares if THEY can act?). Just hit your nitrous and go see it.

Summary: Fast and Far more than Furious...
Review: Get in, fasten your seatbelt and get ready for one exhilirating ride. The Fast and the Furious places you in the middle of several street race settings where you find yourself cheering on the drivers as they test their nitrous oxide and other speed booting mechanisms. As a female, I have a hard time getting involved in car movies but this is one I waited in lines for at the theater and I know without a doubt tha I'll makea soecial trip out on January 2nd just to purchase the DVD.

Summary: awesome! heart pumping action!!
Review: this movie all around was awsome one off the best movies I've ever seen one set back is the main chics in it are not all that hot and the smaller character hotties you dont see more than once or twice.ON the other hand had sweet heart cars that would blow you mind like the black charger with a 900 horsepower engine. Its a must see movie

Summary: A+ This movie Rocks!
Review: It's rare to find a movie that you want to see more than once.. and I saw it 3 times in the theatre. Needless to say that this movie isn't one that you get bored with easily or hope it ends soon. All of the characters are very well developed, there's a good plot, the acting is good, and the cars are awesome. Everyone should give this movie at least one viewing :)

Summary: Fast and Furious
Review: This movie has it all. Fast cars and HOT guys!!!! What a great combination. Paul Walker, Vin Diesel and Johnny Strong make this movie worth seeing again and again. If you want the excitement of racing cars at high speed without being in the car this is your movie. My heart was racing as I watched those guys burn some serious rubber. Worth every penny!!!
