Review: This is a brilliantly directed and scripted 5-star thriller. The casting of the 3 leads - Steve Zahn, Paul Walker anf Leelee Sobieski is perfect as they deliver wonderful performances and share great screen chemistry.

This movie is very suspensful and ends with a "delicious" twist.... to pave the way for a "Joy Ride 2", maybe?

I don't know if this type of movie is termed "black comedy" but trust me, the laughs and thrills are first-rate all the way. Just fasten your seatbeits and enjoy the Joy Ride.

Review: The acting is actually pretty good, although Kimbrough kind of hams it up a little too much. As for the car scenes, there are a lot of people who are saying it looks like a [copy] of Jeepers Creepers. Well, oridinarly I might agree... except that I will almost guarantee you that filming of this movie was finished by the team Jeepers Creepers was released. However, some parts of the movie were actually funny. The end is kind of left open - Joy Ride 2, or just to make us all really freaked out.

Review: Great movie! This is the BEST thriller movie I've seen in a long time!! The whole time while I was watching the movie I kept, think this could actually happen; cause there is CRAZY truck drivers out there!And I kept jumping out of my seat and I was tensed and anxious to see what would happen next!! I seen the movie 3 times so far and now even though I know what will happen still get jumpy...The best way to see this movie is on DVD.

Review: Joy Ride is a surprisingly good little flick. Dahl expertly ratches up the tension into an edge-of-your-seat frenzy that only gets the slighest bit silly when Rusty Nails truck is trying to run them down(it's too much like Christine, Jeepers Creepers or that dopey Metallica video). Dahl never shows us what Rusty Nail looks like, which helps to make the story all the more disturbing. Very good movie. DVD is pretty good, has many extra features and has nice sound and picture.

Review: Joy Ride is one hell of a thrill ride to watch. This movie is a great movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Paul Walker(The Fast And The Furious)gives another great performance. The rest of the cast including Leelee Sobieski(Never Been Kissed)also gives a good performance as Venna, and Steve Zahn(Saving Silverman)brings some great unexpected laughs to this movie as Fuller. Most of the guys will like this movie because it's not a chick flick, it's just a great film that rocks. Check out JOY RIDE cause it is one hell of a great movie ride.

Review: Jeepers Creepers was very succesful and it's one of the worst movies ever. Joy Ride wasn't very succesful and it's one of the best movies I've ever seen. People are so dumb.

Review: as a thriller, this is a great film -- no lull in the plot and no really bad acting or writing. The dvd has some very nice bonus stuff such as alternative endings and such. Worth the price. Steve Zahn is amazing.

Review: This movie is excellent. It is suspensful as well as funny. There are so very few movies I have found that can mix humor with suspense and pull it off, but this one is terrific. I've watched it more than 10 times and I just can't get sick of it. It's a fabulous movie.

Review: I watched this movie last night and I was on the edge of my seat. I loved the action and suspense. I think that I've seen a movie like this before, but I don't recall what the name of it is. Anyway it was a great movie and I highly recommend it.
