Summary: This movie is terrible
Review: I was looking forward to watching this on DVD because I missed it in the theater, but I got really close to turning it off during the movie. It's just boring, there's no good story, no good acting, nothing worth seeing in my opinion. It's really silly and unbelieavable but not even a fun watch. I would not reccomend spending any money on this movie, and if you get it as a gift, return it and watch something else.

Summary: Triple X and the Fur Coat
Review: I recently saw this movie and I have to say that it really got me to thinking more about Vin Diesel. Vin is so cool! Those beautiful tattoos on his arms were very eye catching. This movie is pretty cool although it could have been better. The story should have been more complex and enthralling. Don't get me wrong though I enjoyed watching Triple X perform death defying stunts. I just wish it had more twists and surprises in it.
The main feature of the movie other than Vin himself was that fur coat that he wore everywhere. That coat was unbelievably cool. Triple X made sure to keep that coat with him at all times. The question that I would most like to ask Vin Diesel about Triple X is whether he got to keep the coat?
Overall, this movie was pretty good for a straightforward action flick. I hope the next one will have even more action and maybe a better story. If you want to see a movie with the coolest man you would want to meet watch this film. Triple X could blow Bond out of the water with a little more practice. OO7 still has fire though.

Review: i recently bought this movie and like it alot. i would give it 5 stars but after a while it gets boreing. i recomend renting it watch it a couple times then return it. great movie great rent.

Summary: James Bond from the Bronx
Review: Yes, it copies the Bond cliches. Yes, it's confusing at the beginning. Yes, the plot is irrelevant. Yes, it's loaded with stupid jokes. SO WHAT! It's an action thriller of the first class. It moves, it sizzles, it flies through the air and the roof tops. ...P>Low points: it should have been made for adult audiences. They should have supress the stupid jokes. At the beginning, when Vin Diesel is racing down the highway pursued by the California police, he talks to the audience. Aw, pleeeze! This technique is called "comic relief" and it [was bad].Another low point: Too bad they HAD to get that stupid PG-13 rating. So what if kids hear F-words and see some naked woman? They will not be perverted forever and their souls will be as safe as yours and mine. If you're a parent and believe your kid(s) don't use harsh language ever, you're living in another planet. By the way, I'm sure the Russian Mafia and all crooks in the world use plenty of F-words and its endless variations on a daily basis. Not in this film. It's as clean as if the Council of Churches had produced it. High points: the stunts are unbelievable, especially the avalanche sequence which is the best ever. I didn't know that Vin is such an accoplished snowboarder. He is great and did his stunts to perfection. By the way, all stunts in this movie were superb. Another high point: the movie improves as it progresses and toward the end, James Bond should go home and cuddle with his cat. And the last high point: the commentaries by director Rob Cohen are extremely intelligent. All in all, five stars for being such an action packed thriller with superb stunts.

Review: Video game kicks rule in this high-concept, lowbrow action picture, as cynically calculated as it is efficiently executed. Extreme-sports outlaw Xander Cage (Vin Diesel), who lives to give the establishment the finger, is recruited by veteran espionage agent Augustus Gibbons (Samuel L. Jackson), who's just lost a suave, James Bond-style agent on a mission in Prague and is looking for an unconventional spy to take his place. Xander is dispatched to the Czech Republic, charged with infiltrating "Anarchy 99," a gang of leather-clad thrill freaks led by disillusioned, former Soviet soldier Yorgi (Marton Csokas). Xander's X-games credibility helps him get in like Flynn with Yorgi and Yorgi's lethal-looking lady (Asia Argento), and he soon learns that beneath their hard-partying, who-gives-a-damn facade, Yorgi and his gen-X comrades are masterminding a plan to plunge the world into chaos by unleashing a biological weapon code-named "Silent Night." The movie is designed to showcase Diesel's strengths (nice tats, surly delivery, wicked abs), pretty much to the exclusion of other considerations, though Italian actress Argento (daughter of director Dario Argento) has a darkly sexy presence that occasionally shines through the testosterone-heavy bluster. He didn't take off his shirt enough...also there were no real love scenes. so I give it a 9.5, I mean it is an hour or two sitting watching Vin...how bad can it be. The action is great and fast paced. The stunts are terrific and DO NOT disappoint

Summary: Delivers TONS of action but not much else
Review: This past summer I went to see "XXX" and was pleasantly surprised. I thought that Rob Cohen was going to just make another action movie interrupted by an attempt at making a coherent story. XXX didn't do that though. The movie does not take itself seriously as the dialogue shows. However the film has some great action sequences and plenty of them. That is where this movie gets the four stars from me. The actors in the movie did a good enough job of moving the film along from action scene to action scene which is good enough for a film like this. If you are an action junkie then give this movie a rent to see if you like it. If you are looking for a movie that'll make you think do a 180 and don't see this one.

Review: Vin Diesel (XxX)-is the newest action of star of the millenium.
He first started in the movie "The Fast and the furious"-being a guy who races for money. In XxX he is playing Xander Cage a tattooed, adrenoline rushed daredevil. He is stopped from Sameul L. Jackson who gives Xander two tests to see if he is capable for being a secret agent for the NSA. To stop a group of bad guys in Praque, Chez Republic called Anarchie 99 ( who are setting up a biological weapon used to posion a city and make everyone die.
To me XxX is the man woman want to be with ( me espically), he's muscular, handsome, knows how to kick some serious [hiney], and drives cool cars like a GTO, snowboard and etc. Vin Diesel is the total package.
Vin Diesel you are the best-keep making these movies, there so hype and there fun to see.

Review: This movie was alright. I mean it was pretty interesting, but bascily it was a [spin] off of 007:James Bond except with a guy from the "streets" unlike Bond. The story line was descent but it definitely could have been more interesting. I'd say RENT THIS, do not buy unless you are a HUGE Vin Diesil fan and must have every movie he is in.

Review: I have to say I have been looking forward to this DVD for awhile since I don't go to the movies...and I was not disapointed. The movie had so much excitement I could watch it over and over again. It James Bond and Speed in a nice package with the Xtreme action that we know from Vin Diesel. Highly recommended to buy or rent. XTREME ACTION from XXX...
