Review: This movie is one of my favorites, In fact when my 8th grade students said they had never heard about it, I had to show it to them. Now a whole new generation can enjoy this great movie. It's got it all-- romance, humor, action. It is by far a classic.

Review: For those who like wit and tasteful humor, as well as romance and action packed adventure, this movie is a winner, especially with the one liners. The movie was introduced to me in a most peculiar way by good friends (they described the "falling down the hill" scene) and I have loved it and laughed with it every one of the umpteen times I've seen it ever since. It's more than a winner - it's a classic. "This is true love...Do you think this happens every day?"

Review: I saw this movie when it first came out (and I was only seven at the time) and I loved it. Cary Elwes is excellent, you'd never guess that he wasn't British. Robin Wright is amazingly beautiful and funny. The script is superb, the casting is even better, and you'll laugh until it hurts. Rob Reiner is a genius and it shows in this outstanding movie. And if you liked it that much, go and read the book it's even better! Not to take away from the movie...

Review: This is the best movie EVER!! Not to sound like an infatuated twelve year old who obsesses about Leo & Titanic, but no movie will ever surpass The Princess Bride. Not only is it hilarious and action-packed, but sweet and innocent. What girl hasn't dreamt of her (really hot) true love saying, "Hear this now. I will always come for you. This is true love. Do you think this happens every day?" If you love the movie, you will devour the book ravenously. DROP YOUR SWORD!!!

Review: One of the few movies that I could watch over and over and still laugh. Although the plot of true love conquering all is rather corny, it was a truly enjoyable movie with lots of great one-liners. Cary Ewes is wonderful as Farm Boy!
