Summary: Brilliant !
Review: Titanic is by far the most compelling movie I have ever seen. Love can be so tragic at times, yet so wonderful. Titanic made me cry and laugh. Even after watching this flim, you still can not imgane what those poor people went though in the real tradgey. I give Kate Winslet and Jason Barry 5 *****

Summary: ------------- Hail to James Horner --------------
Review: C'mon, give credit to this james horner guy....

first minute of the film when the song came on, i instantly fell in love with the film. it had never disappointed me as the songs built up our emotions throughout the movies... remember when the ship first set out, the captain was standing on the ship as the music played on. not to misunderstand anybody, i'm NOT into celine dion version...... at all

i watched titanic 4 times. even i'm Leo's biggest fan, i have to say what i like most about the movie is the soundtrack. btw, people who said that leo's and kate's performance are lamed, say that to millionssss of people who got moved by their actings (this is more logical than opinions of a few oscar judges).

Summary: A Grand Epic Beautiful Motion Picture
Review: First off, I am a 16 year old male. Most of the (quote) immature people around my area and on the internet say that this film sucks because, guess why, DiCaprio is in it and because it is a love story. Please! Thats crap! This movie is one of the most emotional and beautiful films I have ever seen in my entire life thus far! Most people who review it haven't even seen the damn thing! They just come on here and talk about why they think it sucks. Please! I just don't get it. Most likely people like this are immature un-loved or un-loving people. I am not going to jump to that assumption, but if you are not like that then why are you acting like it? I don't know. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and if you didn't like it, thats great, but if you haven't don't presume to think it automatically sucks. Rent it, you may gain a little sense of love. Beautiful movie.

Summary: A MOVIE THAT IS AS GOOD AS "ALIVE" BUT EVEN BETTER!
Review: Titanic has won 11 Oscars including "Best Picture." It's tied the score with Ben-Hur, and no other movie could win that many awards. It took over millions of dollars to make this movie, they've put in 3 hours, and the journey was very incredible. It was so good that I just had to see it again and again. It was worth it too, and should be worth 5 stars. You'll never see another movie as good as this one.

Summary: fine, not great, fine
Review: So this is as it has been called a tragic heartbreaking love story, but hello! It's called titanic we know the boat sinks and I mean if you haven't seen it before and it's the top seller under tragedy you obviously know on thems gotta die. but that's my critism. my compliment is it's visually stunning, and the love story was great but it's such an obviously plot. If you read this and get the impression you shouldn't waste your time but you want to see a heartbreaking tear jerker whose end is to some degree tragic, and the film is visually looks great with a good love story, see the beautiful prescoius and heartbreaking gone with the wind.

Summary: Damn good
Review: It may be over two years since I have seen this in the theatre, but I still remember how I was moved by the movie. There are very few movies that moves you. The sheer majesty of the movie cannot be compared to any other movie that I have seen. Maybe Independence Day comes close, but nothing is quite the same. Almost everyone has seen Titanic. I am really interested in owning it. There is no better way to have it than on DVD. With a low price from Amazon, this one should not be missed!

Summary: THE BEST MOVIE EVER
Review: WHEN MY GRANDPARENTS,MY OLDERSISTER, AND I WENT TO A MOVIE THEATER, WE DON'T ACTUALY KNOW WHAT MOVIE TO WATCH. THEN MY SISTER SUGGESTED TO WATCH TITANIC. FIRST I DON'T WANT TO WATCH IT,BUT I DECIDED TO GIVE IT A CHANCE. WHEN THE MOVIE START THE FIRST ATTRACTED ME WAS THE MUSIC AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MOVIE. IT'S LIKE I FEEL THE SADNESS AND HEARTACHE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO LOSE SOMEONE THAT WAS VERY CLOSE TO THEM. I REALY LOVE THE THE CHARACTER OF JACK AND ROSE PLAYED BY LEONARDO AND KATE. THEY SHOW YOU HOW LOVE CHANGE OUR DESTINY. THEY ONLY MET FOR 2OR3 DAYS ,BUT THEIR LOVE FOR EACH OTHER WAS TOO STRONG AND NO ONE COULD COME BETWEEN THEM EXCEPT DEATH. AND AT THE PART OF THE MOVIE WHEN JACK TELL ROSE TO PROMISE HIM TO GO ON, IT ALMOST MAKE ME CRY. IT'S LIKE I'M IN THE MOVIE. AND I ALSO LIKE THE WAY JAMES CAMERON END THE MOVIE. IT SHOW HOW JACK AND ROSE REALLY LOVE EACH OTHER. AFTER I WATCH TITANIC, I COULDN'T WAIT TO BUY THE VIDEO. AND EVERY THIME I HEAR THE WORD TITANIC IT MAKES ME CRAZY. TITANIC IS MY FAVORITE MOVIE.

Summary: PEOPLE PLEASE!!!!! THIS WAS A PEOPLE PLEASER!!!!!
Review: All of you Titanic haters need to wake up, this is a "TRUE STORY" over 1,500 people lost their lives in a matter of hours. I agree that the story played out in this film was cheesy and geared toward the young, but how many real life dramas where played out in the last hours of the Titanic...more than any of us could possibly imagine I'm sure. This is a story for all...young and old...the true story of the Titanic should be appreciated by all that have ever lost a loved one. James Cameron should be commeneded for his efforts in bringing this tragedy as close to us as we'll ever get or would want to get for that matter. The ending was one that tore my heart out, I know it ended in a way that was meant to tug at your heart strings but then again in the end wouldn't we all want to end up with the greatest love of our life for eternity....let's hope it's that way when our time comes. This movie should be viewed by all, it is a perfect vehicle for the young who should appreciate a great film and for what those people went through, just remember for all the trash that's out there now, this is a silver lining to a dark cloud of movies that are geared toward our young. For the ones who are panning this film....get a life and enjoy it for what it's worth...a loving tribute to the 1,500 that are no longer with us and for the survivors of the Titanic who had to endure the most terrible time in their lives and lived to tell historians of this tradegy so the Titanic will sail forever. Thank you James Cameron for putting this story on film to last for generations to come. Nothing will ever compare to this story. I purchased the laser discs version and it looses nothing on the small screen, the video and sound transfer are perfect. I hope the DVD will do it justice as well. If I could give this movie 10 stars I would. Buy the DVD as I will too and enjoy watching it.

Summary: It's the same story as The Wedding Singer
Review: Okay, I did enjoy the boat going down, and I think that some points in the movie were amazing. However, Titanic has the most standard plot imaginable, and it just happens to parallel Adam Sandler's The Wedding Singer. Down on his luck boy meets girl engaged to wealthy jerk. Boy and girl fall in love while wealthy jerk gives an attempt to ruin them forever. In the end, boy loves girl and girl loves boy. The only major difference is that the plane didn't crash at the end of The Wedding Singer and Adam Sandler lived.
