Summary: FAR UP, FAR OUT AND FAR MORE WITH GoldenEye!!!
Review: This must be by far the best Bond movie ever!!! It had the best Bond plot of any of them (I have seen every Bond movie created, so I think I should know!) The Russian GoldenEye satellite has destroyed the Severnaya bunker! The man behind the plot is the Russian General, Arkady Grigorich Ouromov and his female partner, Xenia Onatopp. But Bond soon finds in a statue park in St. Petersburg that there is another man who is concerned in this affair. None other than Alec Trevelyn, 006, who had been thought to have been murdered by the Soviets nine years ago! Bond only has a matter of time before the GoldenEye satellite fires again, this time on London! And that's just the plot! The characters are the best since Goldfinger! The song, GoldenEye, sung by Tina Turner, is fantastic! And the openning scene is probably the best one ever! This movie is the best Bond movie I've seen in a LOOOOONG time. And as I said, I've seen 'em all.

Review: i really enjoyed the storyline of the movie goldeneye--it was action packed from start to finish--pierce brosnan is a very 90/s james bond--he had very big shoes to fill and did a great job--the only thing i take issue with in this movie is the psychoanalysis of james bond and his dark side --forget the psychobabble --james bond is bigger and better than that--i want classic bond action and adventure--skip the freud--this was a good movie but pierce brosnan does an even better job in tomorrow never dies --he seemed much more at ease with the james bond character in that movie---

Summary: Excellent, but with one flaw.
Review: Goldeneye compares favorably with other Bond films. Brosnan is far better as 007 than the dreadful Timothy Dalton, (although he is no Sean Connery.) The action sequences are first rate. Famke Janssen is the best villainess since Pussy Galore in Goldfinger. The only problem with the film is the painfully forced performance of Judy Densch as the 1990's "feminist" version of M. While Bernard Lee kept his performances as M dignified and low key, Densch and/or the director seemed determined to make the audience notice her. Thankfully, in Tommorow Never Dies Ms. Densch was scarcely noticable.

Excellent plot, excellent excitement, super chases, women, action, and all the things that make a BOND movie worth seeing!! Get It Today!! Great forerunner of "Tomorrow Never Dies!!"

Review: The smash hit Goldeneye is perhaps the best Bond movie ever! Pierce Brosnan's spectacular acting is a far cry from Timothy Dalton. Although sometimes very sexually suggestive, they keep the sex to a minimum, and succeded wonderfully. Sean Bean's performance is simply awe-striking, turning a boring routine world domination role into a very captivating and hate-to-say-goodbye kind of character. Five stars and a little bit more!
