Review: This movie is touching and exciting at the same time. It isn't your average save-the-world disaster movie. Its more than that, its the emotions and the struggles of individuals with the question 'how do you deal with the end of the world?' What do you do when you have the opportunity to be saved but those that you love cannot? This movie attempts to answer those questions. At the same time, the action is there with realistic ideas that suspend your disbelief. Of course, if you want a lot of action, silliness, bad acting, a romance designed solely for the teenage market and cussing, then go watch Armageddon. If you want to see a truly good movie, then watch Deep Impact. It makes an impression on you that you will not soon forget.

Review: I agree with a recent reviewer, it should've been extended. Some people might be saying, "WHAT?!?", but it was too tight for just 2 hours. It should've been about 1 hr. longer, but all in all, a great action/drama! I will definitely be getting this for DVD, 'cause I plan on watching it over & over again. Maybe someone will write an addition to the script so she can add extra footage to make it better.
