Summary: history intrigues us all
Review: Titanic touched many people this past year and i was one of them. Not only does this movie provide REAL history and awesome effects, it shows two people and how truly significant our lives are to one another.

One thing that made me roll my eyes was the lack of reality in the scene where Rose gave Lovejoy the "birdie"......hmm.......im not so sure that people engaged in that back then.

To all of you that "gave" your negative opinions on the movie and trashed it...im sorry you have nothing better to do with your time, then to go online and tear movies to shreds. find some love in your life and spread happiness not hate.

ps....11 academy awards stand for something.

Summary: The stunning special FX give this film its one star.
Review: What happens when you mix the current teen idol, a girl with a forehead so huge you could land a B-52 bomber on it, and a plot so stupid that only a horrible director like Cameron could have written it? You get "Titanic," the ridiculous blockbuster of all time. While the FX are remarkable and the costumes are lovely, the hilarious "tragic" death of Leo comes three hours too far away from the beginning.

Summary: The perfection has presented through the TITANIC.
Review: In the whole world Titanic took the best critics and the Oscar of the best movie of the year. The Leonardo and Kate 's performance was fabulous and the roles were perfect for them. I would like to answer to a viewer who said that <Jack> was extremely clean and this fact was for him/her bizarre. I would like to say that the fact that someone is poor doesn't mean that he must be uncleaned. As far as i am concered was a very <clever> movie which is based in the tragic shipwreckof Titanic and through that a strong , love story tought us that there is a true love and with that were intrested without feel bored.Ofcourse the ather viewers' opinion are venerable.

Summary: Oh,my dear.....it's PG-13!!!!!
Review: Surely,I won't let my 14-years-old sister watch this! Nudity, profanity, chilling corpses...it contains in intense degree. What happens to flim industry today??They expect Titanic to be perfect entertainment for everyone in family? If so,Scream and 13th Friday deserve PG-13,too. Besides,soap-opera love story is terrible.

Summary: a very bad and overrated movie
Review: Titanic is a basically a movie for the helpless romantics. Leonardo's wretched acting, the two-dimensional characters (boarding on one), the shear predictability of this movie, the soap-opearish dialogue, and pretty much all of the other problems in this movie were covered up by the hype and 200 million dollars. DO NOT buy this movie. Avoid it like the Ebola virus. Go watch a GOOD James Cameron movie like Terminator 2 or Aliens.

Summary: Powerful drama
Review: I have to admit, I was a little wary of going to see this movie. After all, I had heard about the trashy scenes and didn't know if it would be that great of a movie. However, I went and I thought it was great! You can read so much about the great ship Titanic, but never fully grasp the horror these people must have felt knowing that their lives were almost over. Predictable? Of course it was! You can't change the real story. And Leonardo DiCaprio did an excellent job and was most definitely more deserving of an Oscar than Kate Winslet. I do wish that they had omitted the crude scenes; however, on the whole, I must say it was a very enjoyable movie.

Summary: sensational and realistic!
Review: I thought James Cameron's Titanic was superb. The film was absolutley amazing. It was able to maintain an air of suspense despite the fact that we already knew what was to come. The film combined romance, intrigue, adventure, and history...I thoroughly enjoyed it. Furthermore, after seeing it I was inspired to learn more about the real Titanic and it's maiden voyage. I read books, I looked information up on th Net, I asked questions....The movie provided me with an excellent learning opportunity.
