Rating: Summary: the crow one of the best films ever made Review: with a great sound track and an action filled plot the crow will keep you more then happy
Rating: Summary: The Crow Review: Its the coolest movie around, so putting it on D.V.D was the best thing ever.
Rating: Summary: A New Classic Cult Movie Review: This is absolutely the most beautiful, dramatic movie ever made. The tragedy in the movie and the tragedy behind the scenes. The scenes with the stand-in are hard to find and the ones where Brandon was brought back to life through the computer are probably the best cover-ups in movie history. The story is not really the same as the James O'Barr comic book, but it's got the same feeling. Darkness, saddnes and love. Good turns to bad. This movie is one we won't forget. We may not forget!
Rating: Summary: Excellent Review: What a movie: dark, scary and violent. It also has a sadness to it. Losing a loved one but coming back and avenging their death. Some may find it disturbing but other will just fall for it.
Rating: Summary: The saddest movie ever Review: This movie makes me genuinely sad. In Other movies when someone dies it is sad for a moment but then I realize it's just movie and that actor is still alive and I'm not as depressed. You can't do that with this movie, though, because Brandon Lee really did die and in such an easily avoidable way. It seems like this movie wanted to have that effect on you. All the messages really fit what really happened to him. This may upset some people but I found the movie sadder than Titanic. The Crow is also a great movie with good action and the setting is great.
Rating: Summary: 'The Crow' is awesome in every way! Review: I loved 'The Crow.' The acting was great, the story line was great, and everything else in the movie was great. It had many different qualities in it; violence, sex, drugs, love, et cetera. 'The Crow' was simply great! It was dark and it keeps you wanting to watch more and more. Brandon Lee is awesome! (Also, if you loved this movie, see Dark City! That is another AWESOME dark and very creative movie! Have fun!)
Rating: Summary: GREAT BASED-ON -COMIC BOOK MOVIE Review: Alex Proyas does SUPERB job directing this very dark adventure film. This film NOT ONLY spawned a sequel BUT ALSO the hit TV series. Brandon Lee (son of martial arts superstar and legend Bruce Lee), plays rock musician "ERIC DRAVEN" who after a year of his death, rises from the grave to extract revenge on the inner city hoodlums who murdered him and his fiance. It is A REAL SHAME that this film will ALWAYS be remembered NOT for its story content and GREAT PLOT, but as the last film Brandon Lee made in his very short life. Lee was ACCIDENTALLY shot to death during the making of the film, when a mystery man exchanged the dummy rounds in a gun with live ammunition.
Rating: Summary: The Crow, an amazing movie. Review: The Crow was an amazing movie for several different reasons. The acting in it was incredible. Brandon Lee was great. I wish he would have lived longer to make other films. Another reason this movie was good is because it consisted a little of everything. Drugs, violence, sex, love, good speical effects, great acting and a great story line. If you haven't seen this movie yet, rent it as soon as possible.
Rating: Summary: The greatest film of all time Review: I was about 10 when this movie was released. I do not know for certain but this film somehow matured me. It is the most powerful acting I have ever seen. Normally in a movie such as this I would be annoyed by the love story aspect of it, but in this film it was so deeply moving. the emotional intensity that Brandon reached was gut wrenching. The pain he felt for the loss of his love was incredible and rare. NAME A SINGLE ACTION MOVIE THAT WILL MAKE A 10YR OLD CRY! The other performances were excellent as well, Ernie Hudson noted especially. There are two shames about this movie, the fact that Brandon Lee was cut down so early in life. I know if he had lived he would have enjoyed superstardom and gone to make even better films. The other is that they made a cheap sequal to make money on what should have been the only film. The sequal was like a bad episode in a series. Either they make part three right, OR DON'T MAKE IT AT ALL!
Rating: Summary: birdy birdy Review: Brandon Lee's last movie ''The Crow'' is an extremely powerful masterpiece. It is a shame that Lee had to die mysteriously like his father.
