Summary: Unfunny and Joyless
Review: I remember sitting in a theatre watching GHOSTBUSTERS II, completely surrounded by legions of little kids who only came to life to make the zapping sounds during the special effects sequences. Nobody laughed.

Even Bill Murray complained about this movie in an interview, wondering why they bothered. (We would all say it was for the money, of course, but I think I know what Mr. Murray was talking about after sitting through this).

The Stay Puft Marshmellow Man attacking NYC in the first film was funny.
The Statue of Liberty used to help NYC get its groove back was just lame and silly.
