Summary: David Lean's and Peter O'Toole's finest work
Review: Lawrence of Arabia has been on my top 10 list as long as I can remember. A grandure and sweeping epic that must be seen on the big screen to truely appreciate, Lawrence of Arabia has to be one of the great stories and films of our century. Sir David Lean's vision of the brief and intense life of T.E. Lawrence is incredible. It is by far one of the most visually stunning movies ever made. When I saw it in the theatre I was only 3-years-old. But my parents told me I was so enthralled by the film that during the scene where the man is lost and dying in the desert, I jumped up and yelled "We're over here!" when I saw Peter O'Toole riding to his rescue. What a great film.

Summary: O'Tool's Finest!
Review: A true story of T.E. Lawrence and his times in Arabia. Lawrence of Arabia sets in motion a series of events that fee the Arab tribes from war time turkish rule. Not only does the story tell of the revolt against Turkey during WWI, but it gives insights to the man himself. A tale of glory, of pride, and courage in a time of treachery and anger; a tale to be remembered with all the great heros and men of all time.

Summary: The best film ever made!
Review: This is the best film ever made. Peter O'Toole gives one of the best performances of all time. Lean's directing can make you feel the heat of the sun on a summer's day in Arabia. A story for all ages. A must-see!

Summary: Hello. My Name Is Maltin & I have A short Attention span
Review: Hi. My name is Leo. I've never made a movie, but I watch a lot of TV. Hells Angels on Wheels is "Hard to Resist" but this movie is boring because I am stupid and Lazy. Thank You. Please buy my book: Low IQ theatre by Leonard Maltin.

Summary: An amazing film that demands repeated viewings.
Review: This is a literate and sweeping film version of the life of T.E. Lawrence. So many elements combine to make this a timeless film. Robert Bolt's brilliant script portrays Lawrence as a complex and contradictory man. The cinematography is so perfect, you could blow up any frame of the film and hang it on your wall. This music carries you away with its grandeur. I believe this to be David Lean's greatest work.

Summary: blue eyes, white cloth, yellow desert
Review: This is a rare film. David Lean somehow manages to combine the qualities of epic grandeur with complex characterization, in a way that no other director has, before or since. To see this film on the big screen, as I did in London a few years ago, is a cinematic experience without equal, not only for the spiritually intense desert vistas, but for the endless blue whirlpools that are Peter O'Toole's eyes. The saddest eyes I ever saw. This is simply a heroic film.

Summary: Lawrence of Arabia is a wonderful movie.
Review: Lawrence of Arabia is a wonderful interpretation of the adventurous life of Colonel T.E. Lawrence. The mixture of Peter O'Toole's wonderful British acting and Omar Sharif's exotic acting style is great. I'd recommend this movie to lovers of the classics like me, or people interested in the lives of the great men of WWI, and anybody else who wants to see a great movie.
