Summary: Not a masterpiece...
Review: One of the less intereting movie I've seen. The movie lasts too long and it has no purpose. The plot is very shallow (two teenagers running away but they have problems). I highly recommend to avoid this movie.

Summary: One of my favourite romance movies
Review: Quite a bit like Crazy/Beautiful, but hey? John Stockwell or whoever the hell produced that one copied this.
I just saw it today and missed the first half hour of it, but I know what it's about.
Matt and Casey are high school lovers. When Casey is locked up in a hospital for trying to kill herself, Matt doesn't wanna let her go so he sneaks her out of there and they run away, heading for Mexico. They stop...somewhere (forget where) and Casey gets her little mood-swingy personality back. Matt gets a bit freaked out and finds out from Casey's mom that Casey has bad psychological problems and really needs help.
Casey finds out about this, that Matt called her mom and she plans to kill herself, but Matt catches her on a hill or a cliff or whatever that was, something with sand, and she doesn't shoot herself, rather she gives in and lets him take her back to be hospitalized for her illness.
A very good movie, from what I saw of it.
And Drew Barrymore played with honesty, because from what I've heard she's been in just about the same situation as Casey.

Summary: Light Weight Teen Trash with a dash of charm.
Review: The previous viewer was right "adults will think it's stupid" I'm an adult and I think it was stupid. Maybe a teenage girl would enjoy it but unfortunately it really is a very shallow look at mental illness. It's also kind of slow and boring. A movie filled with cliches about mental illness. The thing with all the eyes has been done so many times and what real mentally ill person has ever done that.
Then she's diagnosed just with depression? What about all her manic episodes.
That Chris What-his-name was a big yawn and
even the gorgeous, talented, charming, exqisite Drew Barrymore couldn't save this sinking ship.

Summary: thanx to the actors
Review: The story of this movie is rather flat but never the less the movie is very touching, if you're a teen: Drew Barrymore at her best.

Summary: The Best Teen Romance Ever Made!
Review: There are so many wishy-washy, Dawson's Creek type teen movies in the running these days. It is great to watch a movie that portrays actual teen desperation and sadness seriously. I can see how some older viewers may criticize the script because of the age group it is written about, but I ask those older critics to think back to when they were 17. I am sure they would have done similar things for someone they loved. Drew and Chris do a great job playing a type of modern day Romeo and Juliet with a twist. A must see for anyone who ever fell in love when they were young!

Summary: Mad love: not as good as i had hoped
Review: This film had terrible music. The Plot was great but Paula Milne (screenwriter) didn't expoler the millions of different (and better) twists and turns that the chacters could have taken. This movie was supposed to resemble the "edgy" teen movies of the 1980's and it doesn't. The parents in the movie are portrayed as the bad guys which is very typical of teen movies. Chris O'Donell who is a talented actor does his best to work with so little and remains one of the few shining light in a very dark film. Drew Barrymore plays the same part she plays in almost every one of her movies only this time her chacter has a mentel illness. The only good thing about her preformence was her and O'Donell's great chemestry.

Summary: THE EARLY 90'S DREW WAS STELLAR (and still is)
Review: THIS IS A PERSONAL DREW BARRYMORE FAVORITE OF MINE SINCE IT REPLAYED MANY OF THE UNSTABLE EMOTIONS OF ADOLESCENCE AND SELF-UNCERTAINTY. DREW AND CHRIS HAVE SUCH MAGNETISM AND THEIR CHEMISTRY COMES ALIVE THROUGHOUT EACH SCENE. I ALSO LOVE THIS FILM BECAUSE IT WAS MADE DURING THE TIME WHEN DREW WAS KNOWN AS THE SEXY and beautiful "BAD GIRL" , BOTH IN HER MOVIE ROLES AND PERSONAL LIFE(REMEMBER THE BRILLIANT LETTERMAN INTERVIEWS?! excellent!) I MUST SAY THAT ALTHOUGH TODAY SHE REMAINS ONE OF MY FAVORITE ACTORS TODAY, I STILL PREFER THE BAD GIRL SEX APPEAL. CHARLIES AMGELS LOOKS GOOD AND I WILL DEFINATELY NOT MISS IT, BUT I WISH DREW WOULD HAVE BEEN FOCUSED UPON MORE RATHER THAN CAMERON DIAZ. DREW HAS HAD MORE NOTARIARTY, A LONGER RESUME AND HAS HAD A CAREER MUCH LONGER IN THE SPOTLIGHT THAN MOST OF HER CONTEMPORARIES. I WAITING FOR THE DAY WHEN DREW WILL RETURN TO HER PLATINUM BLONDE BOB, RIPPED JEANS AND CIGARETTE IN HAND HANGING WITH COURTNEY LOVE - I MISS HER EARLY 90'S GRUNGE SEX APPEAL! DREW IS THE QUEEN AND I LOVE HER!

Summary: Mad Movie
Review: This is a very dumb movie. It doesn't have a plot or doesn't have good acting characters. I like Drew Barrymore, but the charachter she played is a sassy, snot who breaks the rules and is a phsyco. If this wasn't my movie, I'd burn it. It was a definate waste of time.
