Summary: I think that this movie was fun and entertaining.
Review: This movie had a whole bunch of suspence. It was good because everytime they tought they had the guy, he just tricked them. I also liked the part where the bus jumped over the empty space in the highway. I also liked it because it was a movie where I never even got a chance to blink.

Review: I really enjoyed the concept and drama that is played out in this movie. I really would have to hit the movie hard for the characters though because they are all a little to stock for me. But you can ignore them enough to still enjoy the movie anyway.Background: I am a 24 year old male engineering and computer science student living in SC. I do have a large humanities background. Overview: I gave this movie a 6 out of 10. I would say at best it is between Lethal Weapon 3 and Lethal Weapon 4. Actually I would say it is just short of Lethal Weapon 3, since there was just as much action and drama in them both but Lethal Weapon 3 had great comedy to boot. This is a standard action-adventure movie where the bad guy tries to kill innocent people throughout the movie in order to get his demands, millions of them actually, while the good guys to try to stop him. There are lots of danger scenes so to speak: on an elevator, on a bus, on a subway, at an airport, and so on. If you ever wondered what would happen to something if it were hit by a bus, then you will want to see this movie. I am sure it is in there somewhere. All of the characters are a little too flat. They are not filled out at all hardly during the story. This is a standard thing in action movies but if you have lots and lots of characters and you don't know anything about any of them except for stereotypes then it bothers you a lot more than if it is only a couple vs dozens of bad guys. There nothing too bad to complain about. The villain and the main hero spend the whole time trying to out smart each other. Sometimes the villain wins (in the Beginning) and sometimes the heroes wins (at the ending). Be sure to check out my other reviews. Thanks.

Summary: KEANU - YOU TOO COOL BABY!
Review: SPEED is my absolute favourite movie in the world with the MATRIX running a close 2nd). Heck - they're BOTH No1 in my book!!! I adore this film. I watch it over and over. It's corny in parts, but so what. It's so well put together and the acting is believable. You're upset when Jack Traven's buddy dies. You feel his pain... Dennis Hopper is a dude - he plays the villain par excellence. Sandy Bullock was very good in this, one of her early film roles. (shame about Speed 2 though!) A classic film for any DVD/VIDEO collection. AND THE SOUNDTRACK ROCKS! Keanu - you da man!

Review: I loved this film a lot and even though Keanu reeves did well in the Matrix he is at his best in Speed. Packed with action and romance your heart will not stop pumping. The big plus??? Keanu's handsomeness of course!!!!

Summary: Faster than your eyes?
Review: Speed is one of my favorite.But I think the stars are more shining than the plots.KEANU REEVES is a little bit wood but I think this should called cool.And SANDRA BULLOCK is as useful as a vase.DENNIS HOPPER is like doing himself in real life.But the plots is real loose.The first part is tight and exicting,but the main part made me disappointed,the time is not using reasonablly.All in all,i love this film very much though it is not perfert.

Summary: It's so fast, it'll burn your ass!
Review: This film called speed, is a pretty good action film. While the film goes for 2 hours and 20-30 minutes, you can't think of some borring parts. Some of you will think about nonsence, but it's a film! All movies are almost nonsence. What I say is that if there's no video to see in the shop and you want to see a real no-brainer, see this one. The time will go so fast, you won't realize you've seen that for two hours.... 3.5 out of four.

Summary: Speed is Great
Review: I loved this movie so much, I watched it at least a couple of hundred times. Great story line people! Great job! I thought it would be lame and... lame, but the story so clever, the characters so well done that I loved every minute of it. It might have had too many situations to go though, but the script didn't leave you hanging. Loved it!

Summary: Keanu Reeves or Dennis Hopper--Who steals the show best?
Review: I think Dennis Hopper did a superb supporting role as the psycho villain in the movie, Speed. His thirst for vengeance in exchange for cold cash was well put together. Hopper carries the whole lead in this movie. Although smart and lethal Hopper seems to be, Keanu Reeves, with his heartthrobbing good looks, makes his move to stop the wise and temperemental Hopper. The movie takes you around the greater LA area--the freeways, boulevards and to LAX, which are fun to watch. The movie stunts evolving the speeding bus are shocking with disbelief throughout. Lastly, Sandra Bullock is just another cute face in the movie with her "help me, rescue me" role.

Summary: Good all round action movie with good build ups of suspense!
Review: To start with, the film seems to be kind of slow but this changed dramatically after the first action scene. In our opinion this was good because it built up suspense really well this is helped by the music which compliments all the scenes well. well there you go I ran out of ideas seeya later!!

Summary: Action, suspense & romance -- this movie is the best!
Review: From the opening scene to the very last, this movie grabs you and takes you on a tremendous ride of action and suspense. There is romance and more than a hint of humor -- and Dennis Hopper is EXCELLENT as the "villian"! This is the same Keenu Reeves that was in "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure"? Boy has he MATURED (and bulked up as well)! And Sandra Bullock makes the character of "Annie" so very real. This is an absolute "MUST SEE"!
