Rating: Summary: Fun For The Whole Family Review: Cop and Dog are back in this very funny sequel. The LA Times said it was "better than the first" and I agree. The two dogs are great! There's just enough action for Dad, but not too intense for little kids, who will love the dogs. My kids, age 4 to 18, loved it. They all thought it should have been released in the theaters. Grab some popcorn and your favorite drink, then kick back and enjoy.
Rating: Summary: Belushi/Dog/great fun Review: Detective Dooley and Jerry Lee are back in this sequel that is better than the first. Belushi is older, fatter, and funnier. Jerry Lee is older, slower, and farts more. This is a fun movie. Check it out!
Rating: Summary: Dog picture! Review: For anyone who saw K-9 (1989), this is police dog Jerry Lee, and his handler officer Dooley, of the LAPD, back again 10 years later. However, for the 1999 sequel they are teamed up with police dog Zeus and his handler sergeant Welles. The actors are Jim Belushi (Dooley), Christine Tucci (Welles), Mac the German Sheperd (Jerry Lee), and Lucan the Doberman Pinscher (Zeus). There are two themes to the story. The first is a worry that Jerry Lee might be getting to old for the job. The second concern is that a crazy stalker wants to rub Dooley out. (Apparantly Dooley made a disparaging remark about this person's manuscript for a film! Anyway, he has taken the slight very personally, and has decided to use Dooley as target practice) So for his safety and protection sergeant Welles along with Zeus (who answers to Dutch commands) are assigned to help him figure out who the crazy might be and arrest the person. Initially, this foursome are not happy campers (they drive around in Dooley's 1967 Mustang convertible - until it's blown up with a surface to surface missile) and Zeus lets Dooley know he takes no instructions except from sergeant Welles. The script runs like a comic book and so does the action, but the dogs are a joy to watch and Belushi and Tucci work well with the canines. Universal never released K911 never to the big screen. It was released strait to video.
Rating: Summary: GREAT FUN! Review: Great Fun for the whole family. Buy this baby now so you can watch it over and over. We do!
Rating: Summary: K-911 out-standingly funny Review: I had a lot of fun watching this movie, as I would watching any silly movie involving a funny dog. That's pretty much all this movie is, but, that's why we watch this type of movie, isn't it? Jerry Lee is a little older now, with the gray muzzle to prove it, but he still does his job and takes care of his also older partner. He's a great dog actor, too. This is a fun and funny movie for dog lovers. That's about the best recommendation I can give, but that's what I was looking for, so I would have to say this movie worked for me.

Rating: Summary: second dog "zeus" dutch? Review: The first canine was mutch better, more fun. In this movie there is a second dog a dobberman called "Zeus" This dog is trained in the Netherlands and only understand the language Dutch. But why in godsname are they talking german to the dog! I think thats why they could not subtitle that part! It was a near thing or all the people in Europe had to speak German
Rating: Summary: If it wasn't for the dogs... Review: The movie itself is basically entertaining, if you are a fan of the first then you will like this one. The K-9's are what carry this movie and Belushi's lighthearted humor helps alot. The only thing I did not like about this movie was the constant bickering between Belushi and the female costar, we get the point after the first argument! But after we get past those scenes the movie seems to pick up and go. As for Jerry Lee (Mac The Dog), I have always liked him and was very glad to see him in a motion picture again.
Rating: Summary: GREAT FUN! Review: This movie was awful, please reconsider buying it and rent it first. You will be glad you only spent a couple of bucks at blockbuster rather than wasting much more to own it.
