Summary: ASTONISHINGLY UNDER-RATED!!!
Review: This movie was excellent, definately the best "caper" film out there in my opinion. Sean Connery's performance is his usual, non-entusiastic, but for some reason, still captivating. Catherine Zeta-Jones gives the sexiest performance of her career (thus far). The story is absolutely amazing, with betrayal, plot twists, and a suprise ending. Plus, the capers are unbelievably fun to watch. If you like action, a good plot, mystery, suspense or anything along those lines, why are you still reading this??? BUY IT NOW!

Summary: Great Addition to Anyone's Collection
Review: Firstly, you have to go with the Widescreen format, there's just no better way to watch a movie. I purchased this DVD at a reasonable price, and upon receiving it, watched it immediately. I'd seen it in the theaters once previously. This is the type of movie, though, that you enjoy seeing in your home. It's not bursting at the seams with special effects, it's just a great movie.

I have to say that "The Rock" is probably a more thrilling movie, and slightly less typical than "Entrapment". This film, while being intriguing and entertaining, throws back to Connery as James Bond. His sophisticated style and wit are humorous and convincing in this action flick. However, similar to "The Rock", I absolutley feel that the cast in "Entrapment" is solid. It was filmed wonderfully, and there are some sultry scenes with Catherine Zeta Jones. And some of the landscapes, and open scenes are just amazing. Picturesque views of Connery's character's house, inside and out, are a definite highlight.

All-in-all, there are only a few movies I can put on when a group of friends come over for a movie night, nevermind something that I'm interested in - but "Entrapment" really fits the bill.

Summary: Zeta Jones in Entrapment on D-VHS: the only way to go
Review: The D-VHS version of this film is lusciously filled with the subtleties of light that will test the best of big screens--and this D-VHS version of Entrapment is a near perfect print. With HDTV quality images, the viewer can experience just what the lighting director had in mind--how shall I light Zeta Jones this evening on the board walk? Scotland to Asia (was it Singapore or Hong Kong), are "spot on." Beautifully shot film on our newest most detailed medium--D-VHS. Clearly, undoubtedly better than DVD quality images. Big screen owners will love it's detail, but a word of warning: you need to have a D-VHS machine that plays "D-Theatre." Unfortunately, there's still some disagreement amongst the movie houses regarding d vhs formats, thus, not all d vhs machines are "d theatre" certified. Can't wait for more films to be released of this quality on d vhs--it's truly like getting a director's print for your own home big screen.

Summary: From N Y to Hong Kong: hot flick; but D-Theatre ain't D-VHS
Review: Great flick, but would really like to see Zeta on my Mitsubishi D-VHS player. Buyers beware: D-Theatre tapes will not play on D-VHS players. Even your state of the art D-VHS machine can't play D-Theatre tapes unless its got the proprietary JVC D-Theatre chip. How can D-VHS catch on if there's already a format battle within D-VHS? Hey movie moguls, it's about the quality of the picture for personal home use (afterall we're paying $1200 for the machine and $40 bucks for each movie) not about making hundreds of copies (you think we could afford the machine if we spent our time making copies?) This is a different Videophile market; research the audiophile market and learn a new trick.

Summary: hmmmm......
Review: This movie was OK. Just OK. There was really no excitement in it- the last Y2K scam scene was really pretty badly done. But the part of this movie really bugs me is that Sean Connery is so old!!!!! I don't mean he's too old to be acting or whatever, he just seems so perverted in this movie (jones/connery sex: the most disgusting thing i could think of and never want to see again). Let's not add to the other fact: there's absolutely NO chemistry between the two leads. But whatever: if you're a die hard action fan and don't mind watching sean connery make out on the floor with catherine zeta jones, this movie's pretty good.

Summary: This Was good
Review: This was one of the best Sean Connery movies I have ever seen. I'm a big fan of him and CZJ. I really don't see why people don't like it. So what if Sean Connery's old! I don't think that interferes with his acting. Just a couple complaints. Too many bad words. This would have been just about perfect if it weren't for those words. They are just not needed. And THANK YOU for not having any naked scenes. There are just TOO many of those types of movies in this world. I'm putting this movie on my wish list. It's funny at times and really cool and exciting. No questions asked.

Summary: Is It Me Or Is Sean Connery Old Enough To Be CTZ's Grandpa?
Review: I never wanted to see the movie in the first place with I just ended up seeing it because I thought Catherine Zeta Jones was hot at the time and I just wanted to see her in action. Well... the movie [is bad]! Sean Connery is wonderful, as usual and Catherine Zeta Jones does a good job but the chemistry between the two is terrible and the characters are meaningless. Some of the things that happen in the movie don't need to happen but end up happening. And what bothered me was how the movie consistently had this sensuality that teased you (for example: when Sean Connery stole all her clothes, did he have to steal all her clothes and walk in on her while she's sleeping? They show her but the shadows are covering her nudity. Another example is when Catherine Zeta Jones is lying in bed and half of the blanket is covering her nudity, just enough to cover. Why not show her naked?! Everybody would love to see it!)

Anyway, the movie [is bad]. The dialogue is [bad] but the best part is watching Catherine Zeta Jones in action.

Summary: Entrapment One of my favorite Movie's
Review: This is my favorite movie's. This is an action movie. Now why do I like this movie because the Petronas Twin Towers are in it. Good story. For parents out there is some stuff that you might not want to let you kids see but that is only 25% of the time.
